'Mini' Chapter 13

Jays Pov

Earlier

"Jay" Miles said "Yah"
"Chance called us in for an urgent meeting."

I nodded and we rushed to the office. Once we got there we saw all of them in Nikki's old office. They turned he room into a meeting area. I sighed.

I really missed her Cam, Miles,Michael and I talk about her still even though it's been like 6 months.

We miss her especially when everything came out. We wanted her back more than ever but we could never seem to find her. I know Mikey misses her too. He's just too hurt to care.

We walked in.

"What's going on."I asked. Then Cam grabbed Miles' and I's hand and dragged us out.
He sat us down on the front seat.

"What's goin-" I started but he shushed me. He looked at us really seriously.

"We have a new project and It's with Butcher."

"And....." Miles said

"He announced yesterday that he's engaged."

"I still don't get." Miles said. "Why do we we care about his life." I said honestly confused.

"The person he is engaged to is Nikki."

"What is that even true?"I asked.

"I don't know. It I had to tell y'all so I only told you guys, Michael,Chance and Keli. Don't tell anybody else." We nodded.

"The venues in 30 minutes so get dressed."

We went back to the apartment. After we were done with getting ready we had 10 minutes till the van that Chance rented was here so we sat down for a bit.

"I can't believe Nikki moved on so fast. It took her and Mikey like 2 years to even court each other." Miles said

"Yea but I don't feel like it's the true her anymore."

He looked up from his phone. "What do you mean?"

"I've known her since we were little. She would never get engaged with the person she's been with for only like 6 months or something. It just feels off for me."

"Well maybe you don't know her as well as you thought." His phone dinged.

"The van is here." I nodded and we walked out to the van.

"Okay everyone accounted for  let's go." Drew said. We get to the set and find out that the couple is not here yet.

So we get into hair and makeup and we changed into formal attire.Suddenly the doors open and I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Oh Sh*t. It is real.
