"There you go, Brahms." I told him as I placed the plate in front of him. He sat there watching me. I couldn't tell what he wanted. He doesn't speak much, which annoyed me a bit.

Just minutes ago after when he had the knife up against my skin, i had taken a deep breath to calm myself down. I had been living with a man in my house, which I still don't know how. This man was my best friend which I was told he had died. We were just kids and now I've found this out. I had asked him the only thing that pop up in my head why he was upset or moody. So I had asked him if he was hungry. He had nodded his head. So I had heated up a left over meal.

I awkwardly stand there for a second. I don't think he wanted me to feed him because that's the last thing I would expected it to be. He was a grown man for christ sake. I walked towards the exit of the kitchen. "I'll be back in a few minutes. Be careful the food is a bit hot." I told him before leaving the kitchen and into the living room.

I had heard metal clanking as he had picked up his fork and started eating. He did need to take the mask off to eat. He was waiting for me to leave so he could eat. Is it because he didn't want me to see him without the mask?

I reached the record player and put on a random record, which was labeled as 'Brahms' favorite'. Once the soft tune started playing I put the volume a bit high, just enough for him to hear from the kitchen.

I go up the stairs trying to process all of this. Brahms is alive? But how? Did his parents know? I reach the office room that was full of books. I hadn't really been in the exact room much since there was still plastic sheets covering the furniture. I try moving them seeing if anything came out. There has to be paper work still here right? There was no use though since they were just books I had no interest in. I try looking in drawers of the desk. Most of them were empty. Except one was locked. I kept pulling but it wouldn't budge. It had a key hole so they're must be key around here.

I walk into my room and look in the closet. I knew there was boxes in here but I hadn't look through them. I place one of the boxes onto the floor. I sit and lift the top from it. I cough a bit as dust flew off of it. The first thing on top was a newspaper with a headline of '9 YEAR OLD BOY DIES IN A TRAGIC FIRE'. Right below it was a picture of the mansion with one side burned down.

I place it to the side and find pictures underneath it. They all mostly consisted of Brahms when he was a child. I came across one that made me let out a small gasp. It was a picture of Emily, Brahms and I. We were probably seven when the photo was taken. I placed it to the side and saw that there was another newspaper in the box. The headline read 'LITTLE GIRL HAS BEEN MISSING FOR DAYS'. The article was typed about Emily and her disappearance.

"It's has been two weeks since the parents reported their daughter missing. She is sadly still hasn't been found. There has been a lead that she was last seen with the son of the Heelshires'. The parents as well said the Heelshires was under the watch of Emily on June 17 - the day she was last seen. The Heelshires spoke out saying they never saw Emily and she was never at their house that day. Eye witness said she saw Emily that day playing in the front yard with there they're son, Brahms Heelshire. The heelshires are now under trial and questioned for the investigation."

My eyebrows furrowed as I read the article. How could the Heelshires have anything to do with this disappearance of Emily? The Heelshires were the nicest family in town, so how were they accused of Emily's disappearance?

When I was a young I remember being told Emily had got lost in the woods. They couldn't find her. I was sad of course. After that it was me and Brahms having  play dates. As I got older and after I moved to the U.S, I asked my mom and she explained it a bit more. It was a big situation in the small town we lived. There was a lot of theory's of what could happened. Some say she got lost in the woods, some says her own parents murdered her and other say she could've been abducted.

Though my mother never explained about the Heelshire's being accused of her disappearance. I sigh as I searched a bit more in the box looking for a key that could hopefully be the one to unlock the locked drawer. I eventually gave up and sticked everything back in the cardboard box. I got up wiping away any sort of dust on my hands and body. I turn around towards the door just to jump in fright as a tall figure stood in the doorway.
