You shot your head up, and looked into his emotionless eyes, and you broke.

You slapped him. Hard.
Now it was his turn to look shocked.
"THAT'S ALL YOU CAN SAY?!?" You screeched, realising that the whole time you dated him, you never noticed how much of a douche he was. "I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO SAY THAT, NOT YOU! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO F**KING CHEATED ON ME, NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND! F**K YOU!!!" And then, directing your voice into the bedroom "AND F**K YOU TOO, (FAKE FRIEND NAME)!!" And having finished packing up your stuff, you didn't own much, you left swiftly after serving up your aggressive monologue. Wow, you thought as you heaved out a heavy sigh, that was the first time you've sworn for a while.
You find a hotel to rest in for you don't know how long, and start scouting for a new apartment, good quality or not. After a few hours of searching, you close your laptop and go to sleep on the comfy hotel bed you might have to get used to.

You went to work, your mind desperately shoving last nights events into some dark corner. Your mood being surprisingly light, as were your steps, you walked in only to feel a very uncomfortable aura directed at you. Your once light feet once again felt as heavy as lead, the aura having an effect on you like a disease. You head to your bosses office to find out what the uncomfortable situation was about.
"You're fired."
These where the first words you heard as you entered.
"S-sir, why?" You asked. You must have done something really bad in your past life.
