After the whole fright incident, you two sat down on the bench in awkward silence. It was funny, only a few weeks ago were you sitting on this bench alone and sobbing. Now you had a man with a presence as bright as his hair walk into your life and made it colourful again. You just didn't know it yet. He was a friend to you.

"Alright" his clear voice broke you out of your daze, " I brought along my laptop with links to websites of jobs. You can look at all the sites and decide which one is the most suitable for you and we can walk down to the place together as I chose things not too far from here." He stated. He was good at scouting for jobs, no doubt. Luckily he had already booted up his laptop so you wouldn't sit there for another eternity of silence. You clicked on links and there were different jobs for different shops. "Ahhh, I didn't mention that," Jimin cut in "these are only temporary, something to tie you over so you can pay for stuff like rent and food. I think I should leave the big stuff to you as it's your career." He finished, and you totally agreed with him. "You're completely right, and I didn't expect anything more than this. In fact, this is the nicest thing a friend has ever done for me!" You said with as big of a smile as you could muster, and looking back and realising that choosing friends wasn't your best trait as they were all pretty two-faced. Jimin's eyes widened and returned to normal but his expression was different. It held warmth. "I'm glad I'm considered your friend, (Y/n)." He said softly, making you blush at the way your name rolled off his tongue. "O-of course you're my friend, you have been nothing but nice ever since we met, and you've helped me find a job! Why would you not be my friend?" You replied with, feeling the need to change the subject before you do something stupid. You weren't good with romantic situations, granted you may have had a boyfriend but he cheated...
"S-so I can only see one thing I would be good at, and thats working at the grocery shop." You said as your eyes scanned over fashion shops, pet shops and hair salons.
"Well ok, lets go check out the grocery shop." He replied with, giving you a heartfelt smile and standing up. You closed his laptop and handed it him and he put it into his bag before the both of you headed to the grocery shop, content with each other's company.
You decided that on the walk there you would tell him everything that happened, he wanted to know, didn't he? He also deserved to know as he had already done so much for you. As you told him you saw the compassion in his eyes, but he didn't express the emotions publicly as he didn't want to come across as patronising. He was perfect at understanding people's feeling and supporting them. He seemed like someone that would cry with his close ones and share their pain so it wouldn't hurt as much. You thought there should be more people like Park Jimin in this world.

You arrived at the grocery shop, secretly upset that it meant the end of your talking and bonding time together. You walked through the automatic doors, Jimin following behind as he had nothing better to do. You walked up to the counter to ask about applying for a job, and the girl behind the counter had to break it to you that all the spaces were already taken up. "I'm so sorry..." she said and she looked like she meant it. "Don't worry, it's not your fault." You said, smiling reassuringly. You weren't expecting much. You sighed and turned around to look at Jimins reaction but he wasn't there. Instead he was down at the sweet aisle, ogling at the variety like a little child. You smiled to yourself, immediately cheered up, pleasantly surprised at the many personalities of Park Jimin. You loved all of them... but not like that... *violently coughs*

"Come on Jimin, I'll buy you a sweet. Choose one for me as well." You said and adored the look of pure happiness on his face. "Thank you (Y/n)!!"

You both unwrapped your lollipops and put them in your respective mouths at the same time. "So I'm guessing you didn't get the job." He said, his facial expression and tone of voice changed again. Not in a bad way, but he was a lot manlier than just a minute ago. "Yeah, they already filled up the spaces." You replied with, not bothering to hide the disappointment from him. "So what now?" You ask and his dark eyes meet your (e/c) ones.

"I have an idea."
