All These Feelings

Jughead POV

"I really like you."she said after I heard her say that I started to freak out I was so happy but scared of all these feelings. So I just said I had a great time and I ran out of pops leaving Betty all alone in pops surprised and shocked. I run to the drive in and sit on the hard dirt ground and think about what I had just done. Of course all Jones men just run away from there feelings when they get serious. I'm so mad at myself for just running out of pops with no explanation. So I pull out my phone and I find 2 texts from Betty.

B: Are you ok
B: Were are you
J: Hey I'm sorry about how I ran out of pops.Do you want to come to the drive in and talk??
B:Sure be there in 5
J: Ok see you then
B:Ok bye

Ok I guess I can tell her how I feel or am I just going to do the same at pops...

Betty's POV

I sit there in shock as Jughead says "I had a great time." and runs out of pops with no explanation. I sit there worried and in shock after what just happened. I pull out my phone and I text Juggie.

B: Are you ok
B: Were are you
J: Hey I'm sorry about how I ran out of pops. Do you want to come to the drive in and talk?
B: Sure be there in 5
J: Ok see you then
B: Ok bye

As I walk to the drive in I start to think about the scars on Jugheads wrists, at the thought of that I look down at my own wrists and I start to cry. Realizing that if both of us succeed in what we were trying to do this day wouldn't of happened. I wouldn't have talked to Juggie, or felt true happiness after what happened with Archie. I would have never realized that.............
