Natalie's P.O.V.

The cool autumn air blew inside the shop sending shivers down my spine. The leaves were changing color and falling off the trees, leaving them bare. I felt rather stupid for not wearing a sweater in this type of season, and I felt even more stupid because Bailey told me to put one on this morning and I completely ignored her.

Bailey is my best friend and has been for the last seven years. I don't know how she puts up with my shit, but she does and that amazes me. She has long dark brown hair and light brown eyes. She wears glasses and is a few inches taller than me, and I'm here like a fricken potato with dark brown hair and almost black eyes. No glasses though, just semi-bad eye sight. There's really nothing special about me. We both work in a local comic book shop and live in a nearby apartment. Right now we are at work, Bailey working the cash register and me stacking comics in the back, but I'm really reading the new comic book that came out by Gerard Way.

Bailey's P.O.V.

I'm currently on the cash register duty. I know you're thinking "Oh that must be a boring job," and it is, but only when no one comes in. Sometimes we have slow days, but don't we all? Nat and I try to make the best of it, and have fun reading the comics and jamming to the mini sound system built into the ceiling.

Right now, since no customers are in here, I'm sitting on the marble countertop by the register looking at the pile of snow outside. Even though it's August we still get snow, crazy right? It's really nice to have something so simple, yet so beautiful around you. It reminds me of white clouds that are thick and cold. We are lucky because some places don't ever get snow, and it reminds me to enjoy the little things in life.

I quickly snapped out of my daze when I see four familiar guys walk in. Logan Henderson, Kendall Schmidt, Carlos Pena Jr., and James Maslow.

Be calm Bailey, be calm!
