Yeming kills his motorbike engine, the roaring sound disappear among the pounding of heavy raindrops onto the gravelled ground. The rain started so suddenly when he was one the road, and being on the bike, it is not the most ideal weather to take a stroll around the city. So he decided to come here instead, taking shelter from the rain and also to reminisce about his childhood. In front of him stands his favourite church, even though it has been abandoned for a long time now, it still appears grand and proud surrounded by wild plants growing all around it. This church holds fond memories for Yeming as his parents would take him here every weekend when he was little. He knew everyone back then, from the pastor to the nuns, as well as the people who would usually visit here.

Yeming runs quickly towards the entrance, though it makes no difference as he is already soaking from the trip. There should be some towels inside. Thankfully, the doors to the church are not locked so Yeming enters with ease. His heavy footsteps echo throughout the walls of the hallway, thudding against the cracked wooden floor. The church is obviously has been abandoned for some time now, some plants have already grown through the cracks and latching onto the nearest surface inside the building. Chirping of small birds too can be heard, probably this church provide them some sort of shelter too.

Turning around the corner of the hallway, nearing to the centre of the compound, a faint, beautiful melody reaches into his ear. It is like he is hypnotised, like some force is pulling him to search for the source of the sound, he walks forward quietly, approaching it carefully like he is afraid of scaring whoever might be playing the piano. It does not take long for him to find the mysterious pianist - his eyes widen at the view in front of him.

Beautiful. There is no other word that fits into his mind right now to describe what he is seeing. Surrounded by old long chairs and naturally grown wild plants, there is a person playing on the piano at the centre of the church, as if giving all these wildlife a mini recital for their own view. It almost makes Yeming jealous. Sunlight falls directly onto the mysterious man's face, with his eyes closed and his fair skin glistening, it is as if this person just comes into life from a beautiful painting, or even, like an angel fallen from the sky. He seems so focused into playing the piano that he does not even noticed Yeming's presence for quite a while.

That is until when the mysterious man starts to increase his playing intensity, drawing a sharp gasp from Yeming's mouth unknowingly. That seems to reach the pianist's ears, as he immediately ceases playing the piano. His eyes open, revealing a pair of beautiful doe eyes, searching for Yeming's whereabout. Their eyes meet. Yeming feels like a zap of electric just runs through his veins as he finally manages to have a good look at the angelic man. Though the same probably cannot be said for the other man, as he scrambles to put on his glasses and bolts as soon as he sees the taller man. Yeming, dumbfounded by his reaction, can only stand rooted to the ground unable to do anything.

Yao Wang only manages to look at his audience after he puts on his glasses. Scared of the stranger, Yao Wang stands up quickly before bolting to the opposite direction. He does not want to risk of getting caught trespassing and have the chance of getting his scholarship terminated. He disappears within 10 seconds, leaving Yeming speechless at his unbelievable speed. The image of the beautiful man is embedded permanently in his mind, storing it away for now so he can have a look at it again later. As he turns around to leave, a shiny object on the piano catches his attention. Yeming walks towards it and picks it up - a name badge with a familiar school logo. He smiles. Looks like the new school is going to be fun.

Yao Wang arrived at his school the next morning with a heavy heart. He was looking everywhere for his name badge, but it was nowhere to be found. It has to be at the church then. Yao Wang sighs. What if the scary man is back there again today? He cannot go back there. He does not even know what he wanted from him, watching him play the piano creepily like that. But at the same time, he cannot afford buying a new name tag. It costs a fortune for him! Scratching his head, he lets out a frustrated noise. I have to go back there no matter what!
