Ariana's POV

I just ended my Dangerous Woman Tour in Australia and now I have one week off before I have my last two concerts in Asia, which I am really looking forward to. Everything I do is for my fans, they are the funniest and most amazing support system I could ever ask for. They were exactly that after my recent break up with my now ex-boyfriend Mac Miller.

It has not been a easy desicion to make, but we mutually agreed that we shouldn't be together anymore. A few weeks have passed since our breakup and all the made up stories by the media have begun to sizzle down. Mac and I decided it was the best to announce the breakup ourselves, rather than have everyone begin to assume things. Of course the media read way too much into it and began their own theories, but I'm just glad that this part is over now.

Currently I'm sitting in a plane on my way to Los Angeles with my family, friends and crew. I'm listening to some of my new songs which are going to be on my new album, searching for things I could make better or things I want to change.

"Hey Ari, are you going to the Emmy Awards this week?" my best friend and background dancer Brian asked me after i removed my headphones.

"Yeah, I am really looking forward to it! I already picked out my dress and I'm pumped because Liz is going to be my date." I said grinning from ear to ear. Elizabeth Gillies was my co-star in the tv-show 'Victorious'. Liz and I are still really close and have supported eachother throughout our careers.

"Have you decided if you are going to do the red carpet or not?" Scott, Brian's twin brother, asked worried knowing that I get major anxiety before red carpets.

"Recently I've gotten more comfortable on red carpets so I'm gonna do it. Besides Liz is doing the carpet with me so she can catch me if i fall again" I joked earning a few chuckles.

After our short coversation ended I returned to listening to some music while still hearing the dull laughter of my companions. The next few days I will just relax and play with my dogs.

Emmy Awards are tomorrow

"Alright Ariana you're not going to sit in the front row at the Emmys, because -"

"- because I am not nominated. I am only there to watch the show but I'm going to sit close to the aisle because I bring publicity to the show. I know Scooter you already told me that" I finished for my manager.

"Just making sure." Scooter breathed out.

"I know Scoot. You're always looking out for me and I wanna thank you for that. Although I really don't know why I will bring them so much publicity" I mumbled the last part.

Scooter sent me a pained look and said "You know that after what happened in Manchester everyone around the world atleast heard your name before. The cameras are probably going to be on you most of the time because they want a reaction. After your breakup with Mac more than ever."

"Yeah." I said still sad about the awful bombing that happened at the end of my concert. I still think about our 22 angels everyday.

"The media and press are awful. Please don't let them get you down and keep your head held high like you always do."

"Thank you 'dad'." I joked "I'm gonna be strong and I will have fun tomorrow" I said determined.

"Great and don't forget your driver comes at 7pm, so be ready! Bye!" Scooter said already on his way to his next appointment.

After Scooter left I headed back inside to my dogs who were all waiting for me. It was a weird day for me because apart from Scooter coming by I had no one over at my house. Someone is always with me but in these rare moments that I'm alone I like to go online and let my fans know how much i love & appreciate them.

After spending some time online with my loves, I decided to call it a day and go to sleep. Surrounded by my dogs I fell into deep sleep dreaming about the exciting evening I have ahead of me.
