~Just Taking A Break~

I will NOT be publishing Friday's chapter because...it's my birthday!!! I'm am so sorry, but I also want to enjoy my birthday by going camping. It will be my first time, so I'm very excited!!! Maybe on Monday I'll have to post a special birthday one shot....because why not...

~NARUTO~

You guys didn't break up. But you were ignoring Naruto for a couple of days. HIs messages, phone calls, and heck, even when he knocked at your door. You were so filled with jealousy and envy for the things you considered him to be madly in love with. But slowly, you were able to stop thinking so much about it. In fact, you gave some time to yourself to think about the relationship. 

Like maybe it wasn't going to work out?...But idea made you quite uncomfortable, and almost sad just to think about it. What if you had fights like these and never saw each other again? And how many of them would you have? Why? Where? And not that, when.

Sitting on your bed while you played on your laptop, you looked over at the window. You had to admit, you did want to apologize to Naruto. But, you were still made at him, so mayde he should apologize. But then again...you did make assumptions and didn't trust him with his friends and what he did without you. Both of you did wrong.

Naruto sat with Sasuke at a local restaurant, just having some guy time. "Say, Sasuke, do you think I should go apologize to her again? I already tried two times..." he mumbled, stirring the clear plastic straw in sweet tea he ordered. His best friend rolled his eyes. "She's still upset with you, baka. But just give her time, girls are complicated." Sasuke mumbled. The Uzumaki sighed softly, smelling the air. The smell wasn't ramen. 

"So I should?!" he said, causing Sasuke to groan. "Naruto, I don't recommend that." he said, running a hand through his soft and dark hair. Naruto frowned, glaring at Sasuke. "I-I love her, so it's not like I can just sit around and wait." he said loud and clear, his cheeks blaring hot. 

The Uchiha's eyes widened, staring at his best friend. And ever so slightly, he smiled at him, nodding. Right then, the waitress came with their food: Sasuke's steak, and Naruto's cheeseburger. Both of them began to eat in silence, while Naruto was beginning to make a plan on telling you he loved you.

-SASUKE-

Going to work everyday was hard for you. Because each time you had to walk to your cubicle, you also had to pass by Sasuke's office. You watched as he just kept working, and working. He barely looked over at you, nor did he make you work later than before. Did he think the relationship was over? 

As you typed away on your laptop at your desk, you felt someone's presence. "Suijetsu, what now?" you said, spinning your rolley chair around to him. The blue haired guy smirked, holding two cups of coffee. "Well, I got some coffee for me and Sasuke, but he didn't want it. So...here!" he exclaimed, giving you one. Hesitantly, you grabbed it, raising an eyebrow. "Thanks?..." you asked. 

"No problem, Cutie." he said, winking you. This made you snapped, causing you to glare at him. "Suijetsu, I'm still Sasuke's girlfriend. In fact- I still love him. Even if I don't get the chance to tell him...I do..." you said, blushing as you looked down. He nodded, walking away, and towards Sasuke's office...

As the Uchiha worked at his desk, tapping on the wooden desk, Suijetsu opened the door, still holding the other coffee in his hand. Immediately Sasuke looked up. "Did she accept it?" he asked. His friend nodded, smirking as he placed the other coffee in front of his desk. "Yep! And she even confessed something to me-" he said, noticing the boss's curiosity. "Tell me more about it." Sasuke said, only to hear the sheer laughter of Suijetsu.
