"angel? the cupcakes are burning!" lady peanut desperately rushed to the oven, white smoke filling the small bakery.

angel shouted, "oh dear, oh dear, oh dear... i'm coming!"

she grabbed a damp tea towel and shook it around in the air, the smoke leaking out of the open windows and doors. lady peanut switched the oven off. the fire alarm rung, the piercing sound echoed into the streets.

"lady peanut, what shall we do? i was looking forward to eating the cupcakes." angel cried out with a frown.

lady peanut scratched her head, slightly shifting her strawberry blonde bob. she was thinking. she wanted to find a solution for little angel. her baby blue eyes lit up as she grabbed one of the old books from the kitchen shelf.

she flipped through, past thick, dusty pages, to a page with a lovely painting of a cake in a mug. the top was as fluffy as the clouds! angel was mesmerised by the marvellous image, the rich, moist cake in the mug - she had never made one before.

"lady peanut... please teach me how to make this!" angel asked, her eyes twinkling in excitement.

lady peanut grinned, "why of course, little angel."
