"oh shucks, we ran out of the ingredients we needed for a rocky road!"
angel looked upset.
"i really like rocky roads, i thought we were actually going to make them today," she whined.
lady peanut put her hand on her shoulder, she insisted, "well, i think we could make something more special."
she gathered the ingredients except angel noticed they didn't all resembled those of the rocky road. she seemed confused. puzzled, she turned to lady peanut.
"what are we making?" she asked, trying to guess.
she chuckled, "clinker rocky road! it's similar to a rocky road but the clinkers are chocolate covered candies!"

ingredients:
- 500g of chocolate melts - 30g of coconut oil (optional) - 250g of clinkers (cut in half) - 100g of marshmallows - 200g of raspberry lollies
method:
1. line your baking paper covering the base and sides 2. chop your clinkers if you haven't already done so and set them aside 3. next, place the chocolate in a heatproof, microwaveable bowl 4. heat, uncovered, on 50% power, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, for 4-5 minutes or until the chocolate and coconut oil melts 5. remove from the microwave and stir until smooth 6. put in your clinkers and lollies and mix them in 7. spread mixture into the tray and let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until completely set. Cut them into pieces, if you have trouble, run some hot water on your knife
