Chapter three (part two): Worried Over Nothing... or so...

Natsu's POV:

It was dark... I saw nothing but myself floating in an infinite void... but I can hear... "Luce!" I screamed. Her voice... it was the only thing I heard and mine too. Then she, Lucy, appeared infront of me. She was crying. "Luce-" "Natsu... save me..." She reached out her hand. I grabbed her arm then hugged her. "It's okay, I won't let anyone hurt you." (AN: Sorry, I keep repeating the same thing... I just love the idea of Natsu and Lucy hugging each other, again sorry...)

"Natsu... no one can save me..." She broke free from the hug. She started floating. "Luce-" "No Natsu... I can't be with you... I'm sorry..." She said then started to float higher. "Lucy! Where are you going?!" I exclaimed. I tried to reach for her hand... but I failed. "Lucy!" I screamed. "I'm leaving... leaving Fairy Tail for good... I never actually wanted to leave... but-" "Luce!!!" She vanished. A white light had absorbed her. The entire void had become pure white. I fell on my knees... I was crying... I know, it's not manly for a man to cry... but I had to... I couldn't stop my tears... "Luce..."

"Natsu~ Oh Natsu~" A familliar voice had sang. "L-lisanna?" Was all I could say. I turned, instead of seeing white, I was back at the guild. "Natsu? Are you okay? You seem pale..." Lisanna asked. I stood up. I'm not crying? Just a minute ago I was crying and now I'm here at the guild... Lucy va- "LUCY!?" I exclaimed. "Natsu-" "Excuse me Lisanna, but may I ask where Lucy is?" I asked. "Lucy?" She asked. "Yeah... you know, a blonde girl with chocolate brown eyes and who is loud..." I said. "Is that a new guild member?" She asked. New guild member? Is she playing a prank on me... oh... "Haha... Lis... nice one! Now can you tell me where she is?" I asked. "Natsu, I don't know who you're talking about... who is this 'Lucy'?" She asked.

"C'mon Lis, you can stop playing with me now..." I said, unsure. "I really don't know who Lucy is Natsu... are you alright?" Lisanna doesen't remember Lucy? Whar's going on? I noticed a shirtless Gray pass by me. "Oi Ice Princess!" I called out. "What did you just call me Flame Brain?" Gray glared at me. What did that stripper say to me? "Oi popsicle... what did you just call me?" I clashed my forehead on his. "You wanna go Flame Breath?!" He exclaimed. Wait a minute... this is not why I called him for... "just wait a second stripper, do you know where Lucy is?" I asked. "How dare you?! And who is this Lucy? Have I met her?" He asked. My jaw dropped. Even Gray doesent remeber Lucy. "You too?!" I exclaimed. "What are you talking about fire idiot?" He asked. I ignored what he said then left him. I walked over to a table and stood on top of it. "Oi minna!" I called everyone's attention. "Oi Natsu! Get down there!" One of the guild members said. I ignored him and continued.

"Do you guys know where Lucy is?" I asked. I heard whispers. "Who is this 'Lucy' Natsu?" Levy asked. "Levy... you don't remember her too?!" I exclaimed. "Natsu, you've been asking where this 'Lucy is... but we don't even know who she is..." Mira said. No... how can they forget? How can they forget her? Unacceptable... "Minna... don't you remember? The blonde celestial mage? Who is always loud but pretty and kind? The celestial mage who I brought here to Fairy Tail? Lucy?" I said... my voice shaking. The guild members looked at each other, some whispering. "We don't know who you're talking aabout Natsu..." Macao-san said. No... they must be joking... I backed away a bit but then fell of the table. "Natsu! You okay?" Happy asked. "Happy... you remember Lucy too right?" I asked. "I'm sorry Natsu... I don't-" "NO!!! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!" I shouted. I stood up then ran out of the guild. I slammed the doors behind my back then started running. It was raining... but it didn't bother me so much... what bothered me was why everyone in the guild didn't remember or even knew Lucy. So I headed to the place where I might find her... her apartment.

As soon as I got there, I quickly smashed the window and entered. It was empty. I felt tears form. There wasn't a single furniture or scent... it was just an old-looking and dusty room. "L-luce... where are you?" I said aloud, my voice, cracking. Then there was thunder. I didn't mind anything... the only thing that I was paying attention to was the thought, "Where is Lucy?"

"LUCY!!!" I shot my head up. I found myself at her apartment, on her bed. "Lucy!" I shouted. There was no response. I had a bad feeling... the room was furnished and it was clean. But the only thing that was missing in the picture was the blonde stellar mage. "Lucy?" I stood up. She's probably in the bathroom. I thought. I walk towards the bathroom and found the door open. I still went in but I still didn't find her. Luce... where are you? I walked out of the bathroom then looked at her kitchen. "Luce?" I called out. No response. I walked back to her bedroom then noticed something white on her desk. I approached her desk and saw a piece of paper. "No worries Natsu... I woke up early and went to the guild... I didn't want to wake you because you look like you didn't wanted to be woke. So I left you -Lucy" I read.

Oh kami... I got worried over nothing... I sighed in relief. So that whole thing was just a nightmare... I'm glad that was just a dream. I thought. I heard and felt my stomach grumble. Now that I think about it... I'm hungry... I approached the window of Lucy's apartment then jumped off. I then ran straight to the guild.

Master Makarov's POV:

(At his office, in the Fairy Tail guild house)

I sighed. Lucy... I wish you luck... but child... "Please come back home..." I said aloud. I hear a knock at my door. "Come in..." I said. "Master, I think I've gathered everyone..." The white-haired barmaid, Mirajane said. "Arigatou Mira, I would like you to join the others..." I said. She nodded then closed the door behind her. I sighed once more. Hopefully they'll act mature once they hear the news...

Mirajane's POV:

I wonder why Mater Makarov asked me to gather the guild members... did something bad happen? "Mira-nee, is there something wrong?" Lisanna, my little sister asked, worried. "No there's nothing wrong Lis... sorry to worry you..." I faked a smile. She still had a worried look on her face but she just shrugged it off then walked away. I hope it won't be sad news...

Third person's POV:

Master Makarov exited his office then arrived at the guild hall. As he closed the door of his office, everyone in the guild quieted down and paid attention to the short and old guild master. He went down the stairs then walked over to the bar counter. He stood on top of the counter and sighed. His arms were cross and he had a serious look on his face. Then a thought had crossed in a certain scarlet-haired and armoured mage's mind. "This won't be good news..."

"Minna... I have some-" The guild doors flew open. Master Makarov was interrupted. "Ohayo Minna!" Greeted a salmon haired dragon slayer. "Natsu... you're finally here... good, now everyone... listen well because I will only say this once-" "But Gramps I'm hungry... can't that wai-" "Natsu! Just quiet down! And listen well! This concerns you too! Not only you but everyone!" Master Makarov raised his voice, interrupting Natsu's compalint. Natsu shut his mouth and some of the guild members became frightened. "Master is really angry..." some thought. "As I was saying... today... we had lost...."
