What have I done? I know I needed help, more urgently at that, but why him? Sara's been gone for a day, the apartment feels so empty without her bold, loud, and outgoing personality. She really was always the fun one. Getting dates at the drop of a hat, meeting new people, and volunteering at the homeless shelter. Myself on the other hand... I'm a stubborn, shut-in, self critical writer who refuses to ask for help. Nothing more. Nothing less. I suppose you could call us polar opposites. The damn police expect me to wait forty-eight hours when my one and only friend may be dead?
Hell no.
