"I can't believe it's already December!" Levy yelled. Lucy and her were on their way to Mira and Lisanna's. Every year they have this small party where they pull for secret Santa. "Time sure goes by fast." Lucy said with a smile. They reached the house and Mira was waiting. "Everyone's waiting come on!" The two ran inside to find everybody talking. "You guys are so late!" Natsu yelled. "Meh." The girls shrugged with crooked smiles. Everyone broke into bubbling laughter. "Secret Santa time!" Mira sang while holding a Santa hat. Everyone got into a circle and took turns picking a name. Lucy stared at the name with the biggest smile on her face. In cursive writing with a small book in the corner, the name read 'Levy'
"What do you buy the boy who has everything?!" Levy yelled. She had chosen Natsu for Secret Santa and couldn't choose anything. "Levy-chan," Lucy giggled. "We still have five days left." Levy looked at Lucy in pure horror. "Lucy, Christmas shopping needs to be done at least fourteen days before Christmas Eve and/or Christmas Eve Eve." Levy said. "Christmas...Eve Eve?" Lucy asked with a raised eyebrow. "What ever!" Levy yelled and flopped on Lucy's neat bed. "So who did you get?"
"It's called Secret Santa for a reason." Levy puffed her cheeks out. "No far~! I told you who I got!"
"Actually you just burst into my room and started complaining, it wasn't until the first sentence in paragraph two did I even realize you were talking about Natsu." Lucy said while looking at a piece of paper. On it was a many crossed out ideas for a present idea. 'This would be so easy if she didn't own every book in the English language.' Lucy thought. "So what should I get him?" Levy asked. "Well, Natsu told me he loves dragons. Maybe a dragon T-shirt, sweatshirt, I don't know. I having a hard time here." Levy tried looking over the blonde's shoulder but she was much quicker. "I have to take a walk." Lucy left her room and Levy followed her. Lucy grabbed her jacket then left the house.
"What do I get her? Not a book, not some piece of clothing, what?" Then Lucy saw something. Somehow, a golden and blue butterfly flew in the air. It landed on Lucy's extended finger. Then she had an idea. "Thanks, little guy." She whispered and ran towards town, where she knew a craft store was.
Date: December 25th, Christmas
Everyone was dressed in a Santa hat, an elf hat, or reindeer antlers. "Time for gift exchange!" Mira yelled holding a small bag. "First Secret Santa then normal gifts." Everyone sat down in a circle with gifts of different colors and sizes. After people exchanged their gifts, Gray to Juvia, Juvia to Mira, Mira to Sting, Sting to Lisanna and many more combinations. It was Levy's turn. "I went through hell trying to find you the perfect gift." She said and handed Natsu a small box. He opened it and the gift didn't disappoint. Inside was a framed picture of Natsu and Levy. Natsu was dressed in a red dragon onesie and Levy was in a black cat onesie. They looked no younger than twelve years old. "Thanks, Lev." The two hugged, both had big smiles. "Your turn, Lucy!" Mira yelled in a Slytherin scarf from Juvia. Lucy blushed but pulled out a small, blue bag with a yellow ribbon.
She handed it to Levy with the smallest blush. "I hope you like it." Levy smiled and pulled the gift out. Everyone awed at it. In the shape of a butterfly and made of glass, pictures of Lucy, Levy and all their friends were inside like a picture frame. "D-do you like it?" Tears filled Levy's eyes. "I love it, thank you!" She yelled while hugging Lucy. Lucy blushed crimson and everyone snickered. "You girls know how to pull heart strings." Erza said as she wiped some tears. The two broke apart and blushed. "Merry Christmas, Levy-chan."
"Merry Christmas, Lu-chan."
