Just Another Day In The Tower

I woke up in a bright room filled with technology. I heard talking in the hallway and the door open. As I tried to sit up Bruce rushed over to me "careful we don't want you to pass out again" he said with worry in his voice. As I took a deep breath I felt a burning sensation on my back and tensed my body in pain. Bruce turned me around "May I?" He said gesturing to look at my back. I nodded, as I held my top down at the front he pulled it onto my shoulders at the back. "Wow!" He exclaimed "I have never seen anything like this, did you know that you had wings?" Tony and Cap came over to look at the scarring. "That looks painful" Tony said as Cap gave him a questionable look. "Yeah, it hurts like a bitch" I said with a hint of sarcasm. Bruce put my top back down and said I was "free to go" with a smile, so I left the room and went to the kitchen, I was starving.

As I got in the elevator I heard a voice say "I'm glad you're back up Miss Y/L/N" I looked around the elevator, in shock because nobody was there. "I'm sorry to startle you Miss Y/L/N, it's me Jarvis!" The voice who I now know to be Jarvis. "Thank you" I said as I left the elevator. I walked down to the kitchen, I peeked through the door way to see if anybody was in there, luckily for me there wasn't, I hate small talk it infuriates me. I made a smoked ham sandwich with a side salad drizzled in a honey and mustard dressing, it was my favourite light lunch. As I sat down at the table I stared out the window, the sun was glistening in the blue sky with not a single cloud in sight, I was so busy staring into the city that I didn't notice Loki walk into the kitchen. Something seemed different about him, he was dressed in a tight dark green top and black skinny jeans, it was very attractive. "Hi" I said with a smile and all I got back was a nod of acknowledgement. I turned back and continued to have my lunch even though it was three in the afternoon, I thought to myself as Loki left the room 'at least it wasn't small talk'.

Everything seemed normal or what I would expect normal to be in the Avengers tower. I walked down to the living room where Thor was sat with Cap, Tony and Loki. "Y/N! Come sit next to me!" Thor said in excitement, I smiled and sat next to him, he seemed relieved that I was up and walking. "How are you?" Thor and Cap said in sync "I'm fine, thank you" I said with a smile. "Tony? Is there anything to do around here apart from training, watching tv and playing games? He smiled and said " Yeah, just a couple months ago I installed a swimming pool and a gym four floors down from us!" I was relieved, finally something fun "I love swimming and the gym can help me get stronger so I can kick all your asses" they laughed as I jumped up and headed straight for the elevator.

I got out the elevator and ran straight to my room to find my bikini. I got changed into my blue and white floral bikini put my sports top/bra and yoga pants on top of my bikini so it saves me coming back up and getting changed. I took a towel with me and headed to the elevator.
