The Key for the Dev room is in the hands of the Lucifer, the king of the Nether world, and a fallen angel.
It was nighttime when the group finally reached Arcadia, with horses, it took them just a day to reach home. Arcadia was being rebuilt all over again, and the citizens are healing.
"Thank God they're getting better".
Prometheus "Go check on your pals, we'll get something to eat... I'm actually starving in a game".
Y/N jumped off his horse, and ran towards the med bay, but no sign of anyone, the messhall, the castle, still no sign. He then realized, his old home still stands...
Rushing back to home, Y/N knocks on the door softly, and waited for a response.
Kirito "Hello?".
"Honey I'm home!".
Kirito opens the door, Y/N walks in to see that his home completely unaffected by the battles that Arcadia was put through. Everyone heard Y/N, and went downstairs to see Y/N leaning on the wall.
"It's good be home, I'm amazed this place still stands".
Kirito "Is your mission done yet?".
"No, I just need to bring her home".
Prometheus appeared by the front door, startling Y/N. It was time for everyone to know what's going, that the games are ending. Y/N invites him in, in which Prometheus sits down on the chair, and sighs.
Kirito "Who's this?".
"Kayaba, the developer of this game, he also goes by Prometheus, modder and cheater".
Kirito "Okay, but why is he here?".
Prometheus "Is everyone here, I need everybody's attention, this is serious and a matter of life and death".
Prometheus explains the events that will happen within this month, the games are ending, and they'll end with one big war. This is where the situation gets serious, if they don't escape when the game ends at New years Eve at midnight, the go with the game, meaning they die.
The only way to escape is through the portals, or if someone were to hijack the Dev room, and confront Athena. If she's gone, then someone can disable the firewalls, and free all the players. Doing so will need keys from specific NPC's from each game.
Prometheus "We have at least 29 days until New years, Y/N and I need your help to do this. Before you ask about why I can't simply duplicate the keys or something... My mods can mainly augment, and don't last very long, so does my induced paralysis and induced freezing, my mod list is primitive".
"I can do this on my home Kayaba!".
Prometheus "You were nearly killed by Thiazi, he's weaker than the opponents your going have to fight to get the keys, you need help with this".
"I'm not getting friends killed!".
Kirito "We'll be dead regardless if we don't do anything".
Prometheus "You helped many times, it's time for them to return the favor".
"Alright, who will help me then...?".
Kirito, Agil, Klein, Sinon, Silica, Leafa, and Asuna agreed with this, it's now or never.
Klein "Alright then... Where do we start?".
Yelling is heard outside the house, Y/N looks outside to see two knights, one was an angel, the other was a demon.

The order appears, and draws their weapons towards the angel and demon.

Y/N has a choice, side with the angels, which meant the death of all players with the demonic race, and bloodline. Side with the demons, which meant the total death of everyone, or side with the Order, which means your forced to kill the angels and demons..
