Caught in the Storm: Shattered Faction Arc

Y/N kept trekking further into the wilderness, farther from Arcadia and its Guilds, it's people, and innocent people. As he venture forward, he spots treadlines.

"The hell, a tank has to make something like this. Tank... War and Valor players must've been here...".

"I'm not safe for them, I need to...".

The sound of gunfire and explosions stop Y/N, he turns around to see a skirmish between the Nazi players and.... Nazi NPC's?

Gunfire, grenades, everything is being used to one up each other. Yet, the Nazi players were losing, and losing players fast. They need help.

"No, I don't care what happens to them, it's their mess, I don't care, I don't...".

A male player gets shot in the abdomen, and looks up in fear as a Nazi officer NPC holds a pistol against his head.

With blazing speed, Y/N darts towards the officer, and slashes his head head clean off. Pixels explode into the air, catching the attention of everyone. Y/N stands in front of the player, and in front firing squad of machine guns, panzershreck, rifles, and tanks.

"Fire!".

They unleashed everything they had at me, I created the fire shield to cover me and the injured soldier. But soon my shield began giving away from the constant fire.

Open fire!".

"Alright dude, get ready to run".

The shield gave out, and the soldier ran like hell towards cover. I slowly followed him while using my dual blade constructs to block bullets. I finally summoned another Hellfire shield, and began pushing forward against the storm of bullets.

The Nazi NPC's began focusing all their fire upon me, giving the other players a chance to breathe.

The Nazi players watch in awe as their savior fended the enemy off. They jumped from their cover, and banzai charged into the enemy line. The enemy returned fire towards the players, only for Y/N to use Hellfire bomb, knocking the NPC's around, and messing up their ranks.

"Show no mercy!".

The players charged into the defences, and began fighting hand to hand with the NPC's, using bayonets, trench knifes, trench spades, even calvary swords. Y/N kept charging forward, and jumped onto a tank.

"Burn in hell!".

Y/N began overheating the engine, and munitions stock pile, causing the entire tank to set ablaze and explode.

The players were captivated by the sight, Y/N standing in front of the flames. Like a phoenix rising from the flames.

"Baptized by fire...".

The tank dissipates into pixels, and Y/N continues his killing spree, slashing through the infantry men with his blades. The ranks of the NPC's were destroyed, and they were on the run.

"Keep pushing!".

The players began rushing past me, gunning down the NPC's like fish in a barrel, they then execute whatever remained. I then felt a hand on my arm, it was the a girl, the captain of the players.

"You... You saved us all".

"Don't mention it, I'll be going now".

Captain Greene
"No you don't, we need your help, my men were nearly killed if it weren't for you, you need to help us".

"No thanks, I'll only cause trouble".

Captain Greene
"Sir, we just need a place to resupply, and we'll be out your hair".

"Arcadia, keep heading west and you'll be fine..."

Captain Greene
"They'll keep following us until we're all dead, we betrayed against the war machine... Please help us".

"........"

"Alright, I'll take you to Arcadia, but that's that".

"I'll do what I can for your men for now...

The players began surrounding Y/N, they cheered for their savior, the man who selflessly saved an army from an army.

"Don't thank me, just get ready for tomorrow, we head out to Arcadia".

Sadly for Y/N, he now just brought the attention of the Nazi war machine with him, and will soon bring it to Arcadia. The home of his friends...
