He goes that fast in desperation because he is still in shock about not being able to run or even walk anymore. She holds out her hand afterwards, meaning she could either want to help him or understands his pain. (Notice the IV bag she has, meaning she is also at the hospital and could be as hurt as he is.) Jungkook could then have found his new beginning in life (his solo song is Begin.) She made him discover it, and notice there are others like him.
