*skipping to the part, The day Devin goes to jail
Devin pov
I sighed then got up and did my hygiene I slid on some sweats a nike shirt and my Nike slides. I walked downstairs and saw the kids eating breakfast and Kira cleaning up. I sat down and ate breakfast with the kids quietly as the sound of Caillou filled the house. "I love you Daddy." Melody said breaking the silence as the rest of the children did the same. (I cried writing this part I don't know why😭)
"I love you guys too." I said as they got up sliding their dishes in the dish washer and going into the living room. Before Kira could walk past me I grabbed her pulling her into my arms. "I love you to ma." I said as she started crying. "I love you to." She mumbled crying into my arms. "Be strong for me." I said kissing her cheek and wiping her tears away. She nodded her head wiping her eyes. "Walk me outside." I said looking at her as she walked towards the door. I went into the living room and hugged all my lil ones. "I love yall man, See yall soon alright." I said as Melody started to cry. She got Kira crybaby ways bad. "Aye Mel stop crying I'll see you soon princess." I said kissing her cheek. She nodded her head wiping her tears away. I got up and walked out the house closing the door behind me. "I'll wait on you in the car." Keith said walking off. "Love before I leave?" I said holding my arms out as Kira jumped in my arms. "Those 3 months gone go by quick as fuck Kira chilloud, you gone be straight." I said rubbing her back as Arie and Brittney came over and went into the house. "I dont want you to leave yet." She cried. "I know baby , I know but ima be back home soon for good." I said rubbing her back. I looked at the time on my phone then put her down. I put my phone in her hand. "Its time for me to go but remember what i told you alright?" I said looking at her as she nodded her head. "I love you Kira." I said hugging her for the last time. "I love you to." She said hugging me back. "Aight im finna go." I said walking off and hopping in the car.
Kira pov
I watched him leave then got myself together and walked back into the house. I walked into the living room and sat down and covered my face as Melody and Miyah continued to cry. "Shh its gonna be okay." Brittney said hugging them. "Ma im finna go hoop I'll see yall later." King said getting up. "Be careful and be home before 8." I said as he started to leave. "Man Kira you strong, You know we right across from you if you need anything." Arie said rubbing my back as I shook my head. After a while, Deavion started to scream and cry. "Come on nap time stank butt." I said holding my arms out as he climbed in my arms. "Mommy can i go to grandma house?" Melody asked. "Yeah tell her to come get you, Miyah when Melody leave lock the house up King has a key so he probably wont be back til later." I said as Brittney left. "I'll wait till he comes back Keith probably wont be home till later anyways I got it Kira go get you some rest." Arie said as I nodded my head. "Thank you Arie." I said as she nodded her head. Once i got upstairs I turned on Spongebob for Deavion and gave him his cup of Juice as he got quiet. I stripped outta clothes and climbed in bed beside him.          King pov
Being on the court took a lot of things off my mind, but I had to keep grinding for my family. "Waddup King tryna match?" BJ asked. "Nah Im straight bra." I said as he nodded his head. "I heard about your dad dude you know i gotcha bro." He said dapping me. "Its cool." I said shrugging. "How your mom and sisters doing and where Avion lil bad ass." He asked starting to hoop with me. "They upset but they good and he at the crib with ma dukes." I said stealing the ball from him.         Keith pov
Once I left the jail I went straight to the trap. "Cup of Hen." I said to the bartender before going to the dice table. A nigga was depressed as hell lowkey.
Arie pov
After Melody left, king had came back. "Go get cleaned up Ima lock up the house." I said kissing his forehead. I followed him upstairs, I walked into Kira room and saw her and Deavion sleep. I smiled then leaved quietly closing her door. "Hey Miyah im gone, King in the shower, Ill be back ina morning alright?" I said as she nodded her head. I ran downstairs then locked up her house and walked over to my house.

I laid at the top bunk thinking about Kira and the kids the whole time. "You Devin right?" Somebody said as I looked down. "Yeah wassup?" I said as he chuckled. "We in here for the same shit lil nigga I been here longer than you though im Chuck your cousin." He said looking at me. I looked at him then hopped off the bunk. "Bro long time no see." I said dapping him. "Man last time i seen you bra you was lil as fuck you grown now how everybody been?" He said as I sat back on the top bunk. "Man everybody good Keith still the same he got 2 kids now, Deanthony got 2 kids everybody married shit changed cuz." I said shrugging. "Yeah and what about you?" He asked sitting down on the bench. "Im married to got 5 kids one died and got one on the way." I said shrugging. "Sorry for your lost bro and one on the way ? My nigga you gotta do better be there for your wife I bet you got you a bad one too." He said as we laughed. "Man You know me, you know she bad." I said as he laughed. "Im hipped bra how long you got in here?" He asked as I shook my head. "Man right now they looking at 3 months I get trialed hopefully they dont try to put some more shit on me." I said shaking my head. "Im tellin you man behind these bars aint where you wanna be besides need to be you gotta be there for your baby." he said as I nodded my head. "I know ima try to be there no doubt." I said shaking my head.
