It was getting late and I started to worry. I grabbed her phone calling her sister

Me: this Nel her frie-

Me: you seen Kira, talked to her or anything
Brittney: no where is she ?
Me: i dont know we went out this weekend me her and the kids but we took her kids to their nanny and headed back to her house we stopped at the store and I dont know what happened i guess she ran off but she left her phone and purse in my car

Brittney pov
"Dea Devin got Kira get up!" I screamed as he sighed and grabbed his gun. I ran over to Dee house. "Dee, Devin got Kira!" I screamed as their baby started crying. "Keith missing too." Jayla said as Dee followed me. I followed them over to Devin house and it was quiet. We looked over then we heard a scream, I ran to their basement and saw Keith and Kira chained up while him and Arie standing around. "Let them go." I said pushing them before Arie grabbed me. I punched her in her nose making her fall. "Bitch dont touch me." I said as Devin laughed. "Yall ruined the party we was just about to prepare for the new baby isnt that right Kira." He said pulling her up as she shook her head. I pulled the tape off her and keith mouth. "Stay away from my sister." I said as keith put him in a chokehold as Dee untied her. I watched Arie push Kira against the wall. "Beat her ass suh." I said as Kira tackled her to the floor and grabbed her by her throat. "Bitch dont ever in your stupid ass life try that shit again, You could never be me, Arie I'll beat your ass stop playing wimme." She said before getting up. "Keith- "Im done fuck you hoe." He said pushing her aside. "Thank you babeee I owe you." Kira said hugging me. "Thanks to Nel for looking for you." I said as she smiled.
King pov
As I was sitting around I called my moma new boyfriend phone conversation

Nel: wassup lil man
Me: can u come get us and take us home we ready to go home
Nel: your moma not home king
Me: can we chill with you then

She didnt know I had his number and called on him anytime I was ready so I plan to let her continue to think I dont like him. After 10 mins Nel pulled up. "Lets go Mel." I said picking up Deavion. "Yall hungry or anything?" I asked as they shook their head. "I just wanna go home." Melody said shrugging. I went straight to Kira house and started to fix them dinner. "I wish we had a normal life like regular children." Melody said sitting at the bar watching me. I chuckled as she watched my every move. "You interested in cooking huh? Looks like yall are regular kids to me, whats wrong?" I asked as she shrugged. "I use to wanna be a chef i always watched my Dad, maid, and mommy cook but now I just watch my nana since my dad fired our maid and things wasnt the same between our mommy and daddy, and I just wanna go back to our old life like friends- "Its Okay things change, you seem like you got plenty of friends." I said as she shook her head. "Not any more I always got bullied because of this boy for some reason he dont like us and King always got in trouble at school for taking up for me then Back at Devin house I didnt have anyone to talk to well except for my mommy old boyfriend but Devin killt him so King was the only person I had." She said as I shook my head. I fixed their food and sat them down to eat as Kira walked in. "Mommy!" They all screamed running over to her. "Nj cooked us Chinese food." Melody said smiling as I laughed. "Thanks alot for help." She said as I shrugged. "No problem we needa talk." I said looking at her as she turned away. I grabbed her head leading her into the kitchen part. "Whats going on with you? I know why you distance now You think Im worried about this nigga, Im tryna be there for you and protect you- "Protect yourself, I thank you for trying to be here but you only setting yourself up I got myself Nel." She said tearing up as I grabbed her hands. "Look I know you scared of whats been going on but I got you, you dont gotta worry about none of that just focus on your children and I got the rest." i said as she shook her head. "I dont wanna stress you- "Kira I got you." I said as I wiped her tears away and hugged her. "He only doing this to you cuz he know you scared of him, after while he gone stop coming for you then who's next." I said as she looked away and shook her head. "Thanks again." She said looking at me then walking away. After the children finish eating I cleaned the kitchen then walked to Kira room and saw her sleep. I walked over to her and kissed her forehead then pulled the covers over her. "Dont leave please." She said grabbing my hand before I walked away. I chuckled and rubbed my head. "Alright ima stay tonight only cuz you asked." I said climbing out my pants then climbing in bed beside her. I rubbed my hands thru her hair as she laid on my chest.
Devin pov
"Only way to get back at her is take him out the game." I said shrugging as my worker shook his head. "Or the children." He said as I agreed. "The little girl." Another said as I smirked knowing my next plan was gonna work
