"Dude you still ina game, thought you was so inlove." Dee said as Mark laughed. "I do what I do." He said shrugging as I shook my head. "You straight bra." Dee said hitting me as I dropped my head in my hands and shook my head. "He haven't told Kira he getting sent off in a few more days." Deanthony said as I looked at a picture of us. "She gone be upset bra, I dont even know how ima tell her." I said sighing. "Bra just gone get your lil time out the way and you done them 3 months aint shit they gone go by quick as fuck." Mark said looking at me. "I know instead them coming to get me ima just let Keith take me." I said shrugging. "You know we gone hold it down and watch out for kira for you bra you dont got shit to worry about." Keith said as I nodded my head. "Why me though, I been chilling but tonight movie night ima tell her." I said dapping them.
Brittney pov
Once the children left I helped Kira pull out some blankets and a pillow as the girls helped with the snacks. I was the only one that knew about Devin getting ready to go to jail for some stuff he did a while back, I didn't bother to talk about it with Kira because she was always the happy one out of all of us no matter what the situation was and I didn't want to upset her. "Kira you and Devin still married?" Zoe asked as we all looked at her. "Um Yeah." She said looking at us weirdly. "So while you and Darrious was together yall were still married?" Zoe asked. "Yeah I just didn't have the ring Devin had it we never got a divorce I just always throwed his ring back at him." She said shrugging.
King pov
As I was at our Nanny house I was laying around on my phone until Miyah walked in my room. I looked at her as she closed my door and sat on my bed. "I heard Daddy getting sent off." She said looking at me. "I know I overheard him and uncle Deant talking about it how you know?" I asked. "Our grandma told me." She said tearing up. "But you know we straight, My moma got us." I said hugging her. "Im glad to have you as a little brother." She said as I laughed. "You got me but dont tell Melody and Avion to young to understand so lets keep this between us." I said as She agreed then Avion came in my room. "King I want mommy." He said reaching for me. "Avion we going home tomorrow." I said putting him in my bed. "Juice." He said pointing at it. I gave him the cup of juice as Miyah laughed. "You know you use to be like that Ma and Dad use to baby yall so much, you was a moma baby and Melody was a daddy baby." She said as I shook my head.
That night Devin pov
As us guys walked in the house we saw the girls sitting around talking. I ran straight upstairs climbing into some sweats and a tshirt then ran back downstairs. I sat ona couch pulling Kira in my lap as the girls continued to talk and laugh. I looked at Keith as he nodded his head. "Kira I gotta tell you some." I said as everybody looked at us. She looked at me as I shook my head. "What?" She said looking at me. "Next week Im getting sent off for 3 months for some shit I did a while back, I been wanting to tell you but it was hard telling you cuz you been so happy and shit I didn't wanna see you upset." I said as the tears started to fall. "See this shit hard bra, I promise ima be home right after and all this gone be over with im gone be done with the gang shit and all that." I said wiping her tears away. I laid her head on my shoulder and put the cover over her as I rubbed her back. "Baby im sorry, I love you." I said as she covered her face and continued to cry. "Kira its gonna be alright, its just 3 months then its all over." Brittney said crying as she hugged her. All the girls sat around me and tried to comfort Kira but she wasn't hearing none of that. "This shit gone be even more hard to tell the kids." I said wiping away a tear that dropped. "I dont want you to go." Kira mumbled wrapping her arm around my neck. "I gotta go ahead and do that lil time baby I know." I said shaking my head. "At least they aint give him 6 suh at first they was talking a year then dropped it to 6 luckily they decided with 3." Mark said as she dried her tears. "Turn on the movie." I said as Brittney played the movie. Whole time we watched the movie, my mind was more on Kira and the children. Thru the middle of the movie Kira had fallen asleep in my lap. I didnt even bother to move her I leaned over to the side and continued to rub her back.
