I woke up the next morning to the sound of my phone ringing. I grabbed it and answered without looking who the caller was. "Mm hello." I said groggily. "Get up fatass." Trevor said through the phone. I giggled at his choice of words. "Okay, I'll call Sam and have him pick me up in 45." I said. "Mhm bish You better!" He said. "See ya later Ms. GaGa." I said. Then I called Sam. "Hey Natty." He said. "Are you at the o2l house?" I asked. "Yeah are you coming over?" He replied. "Yeah can you pick me in 45?" I asked. He said yes and we hung up. I slid out of bed and into my walk in closet. I decided on regular high wasted shorts and a galaxy American flag crop top. I put my hair into a messy bun and put on my makeup. I grabbed my purse and phone and head downstairs. I turned into the kitchen and stopped when I saw a guy sitting at the table with my mom. He was cute. Good work mama. I made my presence known and put a bagel in the toaster. "So Natalie tell me about yourself." Charles said. "Well people only call me Natalie in serious situations, I'm traveling the country with an YouTube channel, and I despise any weather above 90°." I stated. He nodded and took a sip of coffee. I sat and admired his muscles until the doorbell rang. "ITS OPEN!" I yelled. Then Sam stepped in. I forgot he's only ever been in my house once and briefly. "Hey Sammy!" I said with a kiss. I took his hand and led him into the kitchen. "My mother and I are meeting each other's boyfriends today." I informed him. He nodded and laughed. I fixed his hair a bit and then said hello to my mom again. She jumped up and hugged Sam. I giggled and she introduced herself. "Hi I'm Rachel! And you must be Sam." He probably felt so awkward. He just nodded and smiled like any good kid. "Well it's time to go.. Bye Mama bye Charlie!" I said leading Sam toward the door. We got in his car and turned up the radio. "Mm mm yeah yeah" Austin Mahone sang from the speakers. When we got to the o2l house I got out of the car and kissed Sam for a long time. He grabbed my butt and I swiped the SnapBack off his head and threw it like a frisbee across the yard. He ran after it but I jumped on his back. We wrestled on the yard for a few minutes until everyone else joined in and Ricky got pushed into the pool. Eventually everyone ended up in the pool. Andrea held me under the water until I pantsed her. She squeaked and pulled my hair. It turned into a full blown water fight. When we all got tired we soaked in the sun until our clothes were dry enough to go inside. I ran up to Jc's room and grabbed a flannel and into Kian's room to get a pair of shorts that Andrea left there. I fastened my hair into another messy bun. When I went downstairs everyone was all changed and dry. I flopped onto the couch like it was my own and was suddenly pulled onto someone's lap. I assumed it was Sam so I kissed his cheek. Then I opened my eyes and realized it was Jc. Everyone bursted out laughing and my face turned red. We put in a movie and we all ended up falling asleep. I woke up to a note on my forehead.
'Went to walmart be back soon, ps don't wake sleeping beauty.' I glanced over to see Jc asleep on the recliner. I giggled but he must've already been awake because he sat up when I did. "They left us huh." He said with a laugh. "Hey im tired is there any chance you would walk home with me?" I asked. There was no cars here because they took them all and I didn't feel comfortable walking home alone. He nodded and pulled me up off the couch. I left another note in the backside of there's.

Jc and I headed out the door and toward my house. It was dark so we were dependent on the street lights. A minute later my phone buzzed.

"You can stay the night if you want." I said to Jc. He said okay and we turned into my driveway. We walked up the stairs. "I know I'm a dud but I'm so tired." I said. "Me too." He said as he kicked of his shoes. I slipped off Andrea's denim shorts and slipped on some spandex shorts. I climbed into bed after Jc and cuddled close to him. Even though we're just friends it felt so good to be in someone's arms compared to the loneliness of last night. This is a weird friendship. Do all friends cuddle and kiss each other? I felt his lips press against my forehead. I listened closely to the radio I always had playing in my room. 'All of me' by John legend was on. I tangled my fingers through Jc's.
