I go to DownyHigh and I'm friends with two girls Maxie (Max) and Carley.
Max is the type of girl who when I guy looks at her she will give him those eyes that'll make him melt in his seat but once he talks to her BAM get out of there as fast as you can or you'll have two broken arms and a black eye.
But Carley on the other hand is the sweet bubbly beach girl with thousands of Instagram followers and the body of a super model.

I'm a mermaid, it doesn't seem that bad but what if you add in a little thing called water. And when ever you touch that dang water! SPLOOSH! You a mermaid honey! It sucks! I'm actually so surprised that I haven't touched water in front of anyone yet... well I have had near death past experiences!.. like that time these two guys where fighting over a water bottle and it exploded onto my shirt! It was so close to touching my skin! But I took my shirt off just in time! Yeah I did take it off In front of everyone but I didn't care cause I never ever saw any of those people again.
I live with my dad, My mother died after giving birth to me and my father raised me ever since than... I'm the only thing he has left to remember her. He tells me that I look exactly like her, long blonde hair, beautiful blue eyes and the same tail.
My father met my mother when she was 16 and they both became best friends, one day my father said that they would never keep secrets from one an other and that's how my mother told him that she was a mermaid. She new in her heart that my father would never judge her and that he would love her no matter what. And he did and still does, even though she no longer is with us she is always with us in our hearts.
It's 4 in the afternoon, Im listening to the sound of the oceans water crashing against the rocks. 'Splash!' And off I go diving into the water.
The water was gentle as I dived into it, the sunset like orange paint on a blue canvas. The water was clean and soft. Gentle. The water was powerful, with enough force to destroy and rival the land. But even though it is powerful, it is also beautiful.
My name, Amathaunta means goddess of the ocean. My father gave me that name cause he truely believed that my mother was a god sent to him from the ocean. 😂
Slowly making my way through the water i clutch onto my mothers necklace that I wear around my neck. It is the colour of her tail and the colour of my tail. Shimmering Blues and greens burst from the shell. It's beautiful and my mother wore it everyday when she was alive. And I will do the same.
Not only is my mother in my heart, but she is also the ocean.
