We've been talking, but I don't tell him my secrets.
He laughs at my jokes, but he doesn't think I'm funny.
Yeah, we kiss, but he doesn't know I wipe them away.
He stares in my eyes, but he's not looking at me.
I see his lips moving, but he doesn't tell me anything.
He sees my tears, but he pretends he doesn't.
I tell him I'm okay, but I'm a liar.
We say we love each other, but we don't know what that means.
We act like we're together, but maybe we never were.
