Y/N hopped up on the bed. The occasional 'beep!' of the nearby alarm clock had finally caused her to stir, and she took many moments to focus her vision at the screen. It read 10:33- am. She hated waking up late.
'Yurio, we-' As she turned towards the boy beside her, she noticed he was still peacefully asleep. Trying to be as silent as possible, Y/N decided it would be best to stay in bed, so laid back down. In the process, the bed below them creaked loudly. Yurio squeezed his eyes together slightly but, since the room fell silent once more, he relaxed and nuzzled against Y/N's arm. She smiled in response.
'My li'l cinnamon roll is so dang cute I'm dyingggggggg!' She sort of fangirled to herself inaudibly, before purposely falling back asleep. To be honest, Y/N didn't even feel like getting up. She needed a stay-inside, snuggle-up day every once in a while.
About an hour later, she woke up and found the space beside her empty. For some reason, Y/N panicked slightly until she heard his voice in the distance.
Y/N walked to the source of the noise, coming to the kitchen.
'Help.' Yurio was on the floor, cross-legged directly in front of the open fridge. He looked up at it, sticking one hand up and not even trying to reach the milk.
'Yuri-chan, you can stand up, you know.'
'I know. I can't be asked.' He replied blankly. With one hand still sticking up, he turned his head to Y/N who was now walking towards the fridge. She gracefully picked up the milk, and poured it gently into a cup. When she finished, she grabbed the glass and head to the table.
'Hey, I'm sitting here!' He pouted as he watched Y/N completely pass him.
She remained silent until the base of the said glass made contact with the bamboo table. With a 'clank', she let go and walked back towards the blonde, smirking.
'But I thought you couldn't be asked!' She bent down rapidly, then picked up Yurio without an ounce of stuggle; bridal style.
'LET GO!' He squirmed about, blushing a deep shade if crimson. Kicking and flailing, he reasoned to himself that there was no point, but continued anyway.
'Nuh-uh! You know you like it, you're just embarrassed I can carry you!'
'I bet I could carry you with one hand.' He muttered. It was meant to be to himself, but Y/N overheard him.
'Gladly! But some other time, Cinnamon Roll, we're taking turns.' She smiled down at him, and he somehow managed to get even redder.
'You don't have to call me that.' Murmured Yurio quietly.
'But I want to. And I'm sure you haven't got a problem with that.' She replied calmly and quietly, smiling sweetly down at him.
After the journey to the table (which seemed like several overly-sunlit days,) T/N sat on the ground and turned Yurio around so that he was curled up on her lap.
After a few moments, Y/N asked, 'Where's everyone else?'
'They went grocery shopping. They didn't wanna wake you up, so I offered to stay.'
'See? Nothing but a big sweetheart inside-' Y/N bent down and kissed his forehead sharply- it was tiny and awfully quick but somehow passionate. This time, however, Yurio didn't blush - nor did he speak.
The silence between the two lasted quite sometime, until a loud slurp echoed throughout the room. Y/N broke out into her sweet laughter, then looked to Yurio. He was looking down, not finding anything amusing. But that gradually changed as a smile crept across his face. It soon grew into laughter, which grew louder until the entire house was filled with joy.
