Chapter 13

Tessa's p.o.v

Today I have my first date with Tristan. I got showered and put on a cute outfit with make up and headed down stairs. I sat next to Jake on the couch we're both on our phones. Before we I go later with Tristan I have to be in a video with Jake. We're doing it in thirty minutes.

I found out from Anthony that the video is about who's a better kisser. I run to Jake's room and knock on the door and walk in before he answers. "You never told me that the videos your doing is who's the better kisser!" I yell as he stands there smirking.

"Well you wouldn't have agreed if you knew," Jake says. "I'll pay you twenty bucks if I win."

"No if I agreed to this I'm not cheating," I smile and walk out of his room and he grabs me wrist. I wince because that's where I accidentally cut my self with a kitchen knife. I didn't tell anyone.

"Tess why did you wince?" Jake asked looking worried. (btw in this book Tessa doesn't commit to suicide.) I don't say anything but he pulls my sleeve up and sees a cut all the way down my wrist.

"What is this!" Jake yells. He says it once more this time scaring me a bit.

"I accidentally cut my self with a knife, okay. Now what do you need," I ask Jake since he stopped me before he knew. While he thinks his grip loosens and I run down stairs. Anthony told me to go and sit in the backyard while we wait for Jake. He tries to pay me too but as a joke. Still said no. Jake comes down and Kade tied the blind fold.

The first kiss was not that bad actually pretty good. The second kiss was weird first he pulled down my bottom lip and I laughed then he did again and kissed me. The third was short and then I heard someone running. I think I liked the first one because well yeah.

"Who won?" Jake asked as I pulled my blind fold off. I thought about and it was defeintly one.

"Om one," I say. Then Anthony started jumping up and down and Jake looked pretty mad he speed walked in side. I wanted to run after him but Tristan was here. He took me to the movies and we ate after. I had a really fun time it was refreshing to get away from that house. He droped me off and gave me a kiss and the cheek. I walked up to my room when Jake came in.
