Tessa's p.o.v
We get closer to the house and Neels stops. I look back confused. He looks at me and then speaks.
"I don't want you to get in trouble for being with me," Neels said.
"It's okay baby I got your back," hey I'm a free woman I can say baby if I want. Neels just blushed and kept walking with me. We both know that we aren't going to get together but we both mess around. He flirts with me I flirt with him but it's just as a joke. We get closer to the house and I take his hand for support. I open the door to see a surprised Jake and Chance. I take my shoes off and carry them. I say hey and then take Neels upstairs. Neels left to become a model but everyone here knows that's not the only reason. That's why Jake doesn't like him that much and when Jake doesn't like someone we all don't. I open my door and he sits on my bed. I sit next to him setting my shoes down.
"Hey Neels?" I say.
"Yeah Tess?"
"I can't choose," I said. It take him a moment to understand then he does.
"Oh the whole Jake and Chance thing," Neels said me I nod. "Flip a coin."
"What I can't choose this randomly," I say.
"It's not here I have one," He takes it out.
"My mom told me once, 'when faced with two choices simply toss a coin it works not because it settles the question for you. But in that brief moment when the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what your hoping for'" Neels said. "Ready?" "Ready" he Tosses the coin and I'm sure it won't work. It's in the air Chance is heads Jake is tails. I know who I'm holding for.
