Chapter 4~ Pain and Goodbyes

~Nash's Pov~

I hear someone scream while I'm sleeping so I snap open my eyes. It's Amara. Cameron is already awake and is beside her. "What's wrong?!" I ask frantically. "It hurts! All over!" She screams and cries. I've never seen her in so much pain before. Cameron picks her up and begins to run out the door. "We need to go to the hospital" he says and I run after them as we go to the car. I sit in the back seat with Amara layer on my lap as Cameron drives. The cancer is causing all of the pain she's has.

I pick her up and run her into the hospital. A doctor comes running over to us and rushes us over to a room where I lay Amara on the bed. Then Cameron and I are forced to leave her alone in the room. After 15 minutes the doctor comes out and says they gave her medication to stop the pain. We walk in the room and she is laying on the bed half awake. "Hey" she smiles and Cameron comes over and holds onto her hand tightly. "I'm okay Cam, it's okay" she puts one hand on his cheek.

I stand in the doorway and Amara looks over at me and smiles. The doctor wants her to stay here for the rest of the night and it's 1am. For the rest of the night Cameron and I stay In her room as she sleeps.

-8 am -

I wake up and Amara is sitting awake also,Cameron is still sleeping. I decide to finally ask her something that I have been wanting to. "Hey Amara you know how there's no Magcon for about a month?" I ask. She looks over at me, "yea I know" she says. "Well I was wondering if you wanted to come back to North Carolina with me for that time?" I ask her. "Sure Nash" she smiles "it would be fun to get out of California for a while". I smile, I can't believe she actually agreed to it.

Cameron wakes up a little bit later and then we get to go back to the hotel,Amara goes and gets changed in the bathroom. "Amara is going with me back to North Carolina." I blurt out. Cam turns his head and stares, "really?" He asks. "Yea....don't worry nothing will happen to her" I say, knowing that Cameron is worried about Amara.

Our flight leaves in about an hour so Amara and I need to go. Amara comes and says her goodbyes to Cam and trust me there is a lot of kissing. We walk out to the car and Carter and Hayes meet us out there. We drive to the airport and run to catch our flight. I sit next to Amara and we watch a movie on the small tv screen in front of us. She leans her head on my shoulder and I wrap my arm around her, pulling her closer to me. I turn my head and look down at her and all her perfection. I love her so much. How could someone ever be as perfect as her.

Then we make it to North Carolina and I finally get to spend time with Amara....without Cam
