Back to LA, I'm penny boarding down the street when I run smack into him. I land on top of him with my hands on either side of me, "sorry" we say in unison
"Amara?' He questions
"Kian?" I quickly stand up and back away.
"Wait don't freak out....can we go somewhere and talk" he asks
"I don't want to go anywhere with you" I snap at him and begin to walk around
"No please! We need to talk! Just hear me out!" He begs and runs in front of me
"Fine Kian" I sigh
"Can we go to the diner and talk so you won't be tempted to scream at me" he says
"Yea whatever" I roll my eyes
We skate over to the diner and get a booth to sit at.
"Okay Hear me out" he sighs, he bites his lip nervously. "So I regret everything I've ever done to you and I'm sorry....I'm so fucking sorry" he runs his hands through his hair. "When I was dating you, I really did love you, so fucking much. Brie made me think all these stupid fucking things......I despise her so much. When she tried to hurt you.....I was done with it all, you don't deserve any of this shit and I'm sorry for causing a lot of it" he says and finally looks up at me, "can we start over?" He asks
I'm not gonna lie, I loved Kian a whole fucking lot.
"Start over." I agree and he smiles
"Well then.....I'm Kian" he holds out his hand for me to shake
"I'm Amara"
"Well Amara it's nice to meet you" he smiles at me, and to be honest I missed his smile
I smile back, "I missed that smile" he says
"Umm so I heard about Nash and I'm so....so sorry for your loss" he says and grabs my hand from across the table
"So am I" I look down at the table
"Umm so..." I change the topic "nice blue hair" I say
"Thanks " he smirks
"What are you the next Michael Clifford now our something?" I ask him and he laughs
"Guess so" he smiles
"Have you heard their song Amnesia? It is my all time favorite" I say and smile
"What no! I need to hear it now" he says panicing
"Alright, alright" I smile and go sit next to him on his side of the booth. I plug in my headphones and hand him one half of them, and begin the song.
I hear the lyrics, they remind me a whole lot of Kian and I
"Woah that's an amazing song" he says after it's done, "maybe that can be our song?" He asks
"Yea, our song" I smile
I get a text from Cameron telling me to come home, "I've got to go Kian....text me later?" I tell him
"Yea " he says and I exit the diner and head home.
"Hey where were you?" Cam asks
"I was just skating around" I say he doesn't need to know about Kian
"Oh well I'm glad your okay" he says
"So why did you want me to come home?" I question
"Because it's your birthday" he says and smiles
"Oh yea that" I say and sigh
He kisses my forehead, "Happy Birthday"
"Thanks" I shrug
Lexi texts me and I look down at my phone,
L: Happy Bithday! Don't get to carried away with Cam
A: Oh My god Lexi
L: Hey Birthday sex is the best, Trust me Taylor and I both know that
Why am I even friends with her?
A: I DO NOT need to know about your sex life with Taylor, now goodbye
L: Use protection ;)
I throw my phone down on the ground, "haha Birthday sex? " Cameron laughs as he sees the texts
"Yea" I roll my eyes
"Doesn't sound so bad" he says and comes over and kisses my lips
It gets heated quickly and were now on the bed, both shirtless, and Cameron is hovering over me
"I love you so fucking much and I will never let you go" he says against my lips as he continues kissing me
"Promise?"
"I Promise."
