Unexpected Surprise

Nick's POV

As we were driving I asked, "So where do you wanna go?"
"Uhhh.. I don't know.." Lexie thought.
"Are got lying to me? I know your favorite place." I asked with a smirk. She didn't say anything.
"I know where you wanna go."
Still no answer.
I rolled my eyes and said, "Whatever you Stupid Potato." Then she spoke,
"MEANIE BUTT."
I chuckled and I said, "Olive Garden it is then?" She smiled and we headed to Olive Garden.
             After about 15 minutes we finally got there. I parked the car, got out, walked to Lexie's side of the car and opened the door for her. Her eyes were still a little red from when she was crying. I looked down at her and said, "Lex, you know you mean the world to me, and no one can take you away from me." She smiled and and hugged me. I hugged back and she looked up and I leaned in to kiss her. After the kiss she said, "Heh.. thanks, I needed that."
"Anytime." I said smiling. "Now let's head in." I said grabbing her hand. I closed her door and then we walked in. I walked up to the desk and the guy sitting their said, "Welcome to Olive Garden. Is it just you two tonight!"
"Yes." I replied.
"Alright, follow me to your table." He said grabbing menus. We followed him to our table. As he seated us he asked what we wanted to drink and I got Dr.Pepper and Lexie got water. Honestly it was pretty quite between us. We didn't really talk. But then we ordered food and stuff. Before the food came out they came to our table with breadsticks. Lexie wasn't excited for the breadsticks like she normally is.
"Lex what's wrong? Are you okay?" I asked.
"Yeah.. I'm fine." She replied.
"I know you aren't. What's on your mind?" I asked again.
"Seriously. I'm good. I promise." She said. I moved my chair close to her and I held her hand. She smiled, I smiled and she grabbed a breadstick, "Now that's my girl." I said chuckling. She rolled her eyes as she was taking a bite of her breadstick.
The waiter finally brought our food to our table. Then someone came to our table. "Well, well, well, looks who's here. The Alpha and The Omega!" A voice said. I turn around to see Jacob.
"I thought I told you never to bother us again." I said through my teeth.
"Oh really? I don't remember." He said with a smirk.
"Lexie run." I told her. I know she didn't want too. But she listened but two guys grabbed her arms.
"LET HER GO!" I yelled. After I said that, they kicked her in the stomach.
"Now, why are you dating a weakling? Why don't you find someone else?" He asked.
"Never!" I said. "Why don't you just fight me?!" I yelled.
"Alright if you say so?" Jacob said with a smile. He ran towards me and right before he hit me I grabbed his side and flipped him over the table. We started to cause attention to everyone.

Lexie's POV

I can't just stand here and watch this happen. I stepped on both of the guys feet and I ran to Nick. I hugged him tight but then Jacob was starting to get up again.
"Haha, you think that will stop me?!" He said laughing. But then Marshall came.
"What Marshall!?" Nick said.
"Don't ask how I knew. Just get yourselves out of here." Marshall said showing his ears and tail.
"No. Marshall. This is my fight. Take Lexie and get out of here." Nick said.
I had tears in my eyes. Another fight between Nick and Jacob again. Last time Nick was under the potion last time.. Marshall grabbed my hand we ran. But the two guys got in our way again. But Marshall punched both of them and they fell to the ground. I pulled my hand away from Marshall and ran back towards Nick.
"LEXIE NO!" Marshall yelled.
As Jacob was about to kick Nick I grabbed Nick's hand and pulled him away. Jacob's foot got stuck in the wall and then the police came and they hand cuffed Jacob.
"What?! What the hell?! You can't do this to me?! That guy over there did things too!" Jacob said.
"I saw everything." The owner said.
"The guy to have hand cuffed is the right guy." The owner said. They took Jacob away and Nick was still holding my hand. Nick pulled my into him and hugged me. I felt something fall onto my face. It was blood? I looked up at Nick and I saw blood coming from his face.
"Nick! You're bleeding!" I said in worry.
"Haha, I'm fine. I've been through worst." Nick said. I stood on my tippy toes and I put my hand on Nick's cheek forgetting there was a crowd around us, and kissed him. Everyone said, "Awwww." Then we both started blushing. Nick took my hand and he walked to the owner.
"I'm sorry for the damage I've done. I'll pay for it to be redone." Nick said.
"No, no, it wasn't your fault. It's not really that much damage, just a hole in the wall and a few broken tables." He said.
"But.." Nick got cut off.
"No buts. I insist. Now as I heard, you two were on a date? How about we prepare your food again and it's on the house?" The owner said.
"Umm, are you sure sir?" Nick asked.
"Yes. Now go sit down. You need it."
Marshall was gone, we couldn't find him. So we went to a table and sat down.
"Lexie! You're dress! It's ruined!" Nick said.
"Hah, it's all good. I didn't really like the dress anyways." I said.
"Well, I'll get you another one." Nick said.
"You don't have too" I said.
"Oh well. I'm gonna. You Stupid Potato." Nick said with a smirk.
"HEY!" I said laughing. He laughed too.
        Our food came and we ate. I looked at the time and it was 6pm? Wow, it's still decently early. We finished and walked out. I texted my mom saying I'm spending the night at Ella's but hah, we went to Nick's apartment. I didn't have anything to change into, all I wore that night was leggings, my dress, and the jacket. So Nick gave me one of his shirts to wear. I went into the bathroom to get changed, but as I thought, the shirt was to big. I giggled and walked out.
"Wow. My girlfriend looks amazing in my shirts." He said laughing. I punched his shoulder.
"Ouch! That hurt!" Nick said sarcastically.
"Shut up." I said giggling. We both walked over to the couch and decided to watch a movie. Nick put his arm around me as the movie started and I put my head on his shoulder and eventually fell asleep.

Nick's POV

              Just when the movie was starting Lexie fell asleep. So I just let her sleep. It was an interesting day. So much happened, but we worked through it together. When the movie ended I carried her bridal style and let her sleep in my bed and I slept on the couch...
