Bailie's POV
Today is it. Today is my last gymnastics meet of my life. Today is my last bar routine, beam routine, vault, and floor routine. I'm about to go to my last event of my life and my favorite, floor. I'm doing my routine from 2013 which is my favorite! I salute and pose. "Now on floor exercise from Texas Dreams, Olympic Champion, World Champion, National Champion, and NCAA Champion Bailie Key!" I heard the announcer say. The crowd cheered as loud as they possibly could. A few seconds later my music started. My double Arabian was perfect! My 1 1/2 to triple twist was stuck! My front handspring front double full front Tuck was perfect! Now is was onto my double Pike! Stuck it! I finished my routine and saluted. The crowd started roaring with cheers! It felt amazing!

Bailie's POV Continued
I saw my score and it was perfect! I also became the national champion again! Not long after, awards started. I got first on beam, bars, floor and all-around! I went to go see Ragan after awards. She didn't compete because she rolled her ankle at training and is out until the worlds camp but I'm not going. It's too much pressure and this year I wanted to compete for fun, not for medals. I went to go do an interview.
Interviewer: How did it feel to compete one last time?
Bailie: It felt amazing but I actually started crying after my floor routine. Gymnastics will always be a part of my life but competing is just too much for my body at this age. I'm actually thinking about helping Kim and Chris coach the elite girls and maybe throw a few skills here and there.
Interviewer: Tell me about how the day went for you.
Bailie: Ok well I started on vault and I worked really hard to upgrade from a yurchenko full to an amanar in just a year. It went pretty well and I just had a little hop on the landing so I got a tenth off but that's it. Next I went to beam and I went pretty well. I nailed my layout series and my aerial series. I just had a small wobble on one of my jumps but besides that my dismount was stuck and my routine went pretty well. Then I went to bars and I hit all my connections and I stuck my dismount. I just had a small leg separation on my pak but I got a really good score and then I went to floor. I
Stuck all my tumbling passes and I really entertained the crowd! I also got a perfect score which felt amazing!
Interviewer: Good luck in the future and you did a phenomenal job today! Congratulations on your big win!
Bailie: Thank you!
Ragan's POV
I felt really good about today! I got to see Bailie compete one last time and even though I didn't get to compete I was invited to the worlds camp. I was a little upset that I rolled my ankle but I'll be back in training in about two or three weeks for floor, vault, and beam but I can still train bars. I'm also really hoping that my ankle will be healthy by worlds because it would be amazing to compete at worlds again!
