This plot is kinda similar to Ouran high school host club as it is about a girl dressing up as a guy. She does this so she could be in a paint gun match team called toy gun gun which bands women from playing on their team. She basically keeps her secret of actually being a girl to her team, but things get interesting when some people who aren't technically on her side find out.
I would say I definitely don't regret watching this however I would say the plot moves kinda slow and the character comes really close to confessing she's a girl, but always get interrupted. So if you find that kind of plot frustrating then I would recommend just watch or rewatch Ouran.
And I don't know for sure if it's cancelled, but from what I found there doesn't seem to be any hard core proof that there having a season two :( (too bad because it ends on a cliffhanger...kinda)
