"Isn't he the one we saw earlier"A voice cut in
"Unlikely his colony is gone across the river he'd be with them," a different voice said
"But he seemed like an outcast," the first voice said
"Not his entire colony,"A voice said.
He couldn't figure out who had said that or where he was. He couldn't do much he wouldn't force his eyes to open nor call out any words but he felt safe.
"I'm an Eevee--" she said
"Well no kidding," the second voice said
"Hush I'm not really in his group but we do know each other, and he kinda saved my life and I'm grateful".
Now he forced his eyes open the light blinded him for a minute but then he looked to see the Eevee he prayed to see one last time.
"Umbreon you're alive," She said "oh thank goodness I missed you"
"That's sweet but Umbreon you know what today is right" she questioned
"Not exactly but I'm guessing Wednesday, oh wait yes I do"Umbreon jumped up and ran. Eevee followed close behind.

"Leave me to die Eevee, or should I say leader Eevee"Umbreon snarled
"It would have done us a favour," Flareon said
"I'm sure it would have but I know people you wouldn't know" he smiled
"Enough Flareon. Well considering you have no mate you must leave, Umbreon I'm truly sorry"The leader said
"Before I go I must point out one thing you have no mate and have never had one"Umbreon shot back before heading towards the Pikachus colony part-time camp.
"If he's going I'm going," the younger Eevee said
"Umbreon, Eevee wait. First you are right I have no mate but look who's evolving soon, The female standing next to you and as all of you know if disaster strikes and the current leader feels it's necessary they can step down, Umbreon I have a little request, if you and the younger Eevee became mates when she's ready then I'd like you to step up your independence is what we need"
"Umbreon you have to do it," the young Eevee said to him
"Only if you step up to the part that is possible"Umbreon looked his eyes hopeful
"Of course you're so wonderful" she smiled
"Then yes I will take the role as the leader,"Umbreon said his eyes burning with pride.
"No, you shall not that's my job you little pest you're supposed to be dead"Flareon yowled others murmured in agreement.
Eevees eyes darkened "You're the only pest the only reason you're being so irrational is that you think you're some big shot you live for society's rules. So unless you have any brain which I doubt you should sit down, Eevee chose Umbreon for various reasons. I've never seen him so worried but he stepped up in the fire and he almost died for your new mate so be grateful piece of garbage" she finished fluffed up.
"That's my girl," Umbreon said.
"Well spoken Eevee," The previous leader said
"Oh, also Garbage (Flareon) Umbreon has lost sleep for this dang group so you'd get the mate you wanted"Eevee called.
"Okay, so Garbage is it agreed I step up or are you going to let Eevee burn you cause I'll listen to that but you know your ego has taken some hits,"Umbreon said very sarcastically.
"How could you say that Umbreon?!" Sylveon spoke up
"You know why I spoke Sylveon, cause Eevee's more then right she spoke amazing points so if you leave your welcome"Umbreon said shaking off any emotion
"Umbreon... is that really why you wouldn't sleep, for my happiness. But I wanted you" Sylveon cried
"Sylveon.. how do I put this, I really think your nice but---"
