Two Months Later
Sam slowly opens his fluttering eyes looking up at the ceiling. He moves his gaze towards his swollen stomach that is even larger than before. Since it's officially been the fifth month since him and Lucifer had sex for the first time as of about a week ago, the baby could come any day now and oh boy does Sam feel ready to be able to see his toes and dick again.

The past two months were spent with Sam going through a roller coaster of emotions with Lucifer along for the ride. Sam would be happy to spend his time with Lucifer, then angry and annoyed by his presence, then sad that Dean, Cas and Bobby weren't there with him. They also happened to have sex multiple times a day since the pregnancy made Sam horny a good majority of the time. The pair got along quite well most of the time and it was interesting to see Lucifer very happy for the first time since Sam met him.

Sitting up in the bed, Sam looks over to see Lucifer still sleeping beside him on the bed. Sam had asked him why he slept since angels and demons never slept or had to sleep and Lucifer simply told him in response that he had learned how to put himself to sleep since well, he was bored and wanted to seem more human for once in his life.

After getting dressed and deciding not to wake Lucifer, Sam headed towards the living room before plopping down on the couch turning on the TV. After a couple of minutes of watching a random show that came on, Sam could hear footsteps heading into the room.

"Hey Sammy, why didn't you wake me up?" Lucifer asked kindly, the pregnancy really made him a lot nicer only to Sam though, to everyone else he was still the evil angel they all though he was.

"I don't know. You didn't need to get up. But now that you are can you make me breakfast please?" The hunter pleaded to him with puppy eyes.

"Ok. I'll be back in a few." He says before leaving the living room and heading towards the kitchen. Just like he promised, a few minutes later Luci was back with Sam's breakfast. While the pair is eating it, they keep a light conversation before Sam shares an important thought.

"You know I think today's the day." He states grabbing another forkful of his breakfast.

"You mean like..." The devil trailed off.

"Yes, I think he's coming today." Sam stated rubbing his stomach anxiously.

"Ok I'll have everything prepared for you than." Lucifer states with a smile. Sam looks uneasy and sad causing the archangels smile to drop.

"What's wrong Sammy?" Lucifer's asks petting his hair.

"Im nervous but I also want to see Dean and Cas. I want them to be there." Sam says giving Lucifer a sad look.

"We talked about this Sam. If they were here they'd only take you away from me, both of you." Lucifer hisses at the mention of the idea of him being separated from Sam and his child.

"I can convince them not to take me away. I don't want to leave, ok? I've had a pretty good time with you and I know you'll take care of me. It's been two months since I last saw them and I need to see them! Please." Sam begs with tears pouring down his face.

"I can't promise anything Sam. You may not be able to see them today but I will let you see them eventually, ok? Stop crying please." Lucifer says trying to calm him down.

"Thank you." Sam says thankfully. The pair fall into a comfortable silence while finishing their food before heading back to the living room to watch TV.

4 Hours Later
Four hours later Sam is sitting on the couch watching TV when he starts to feel his stomach cramping up. He decides to stay calm and just wait for the cramping to pass and it does before it comes back just as strong if not stronger a few minutes later. Putting the pieces together in his head Sam realizes these are no normal cramps. These are contractions.

"LUCIFER! I'M HAVING CONTRACTIONS!!!" Sam shouts at the top of his lungs. Usually Sam is a pretty calm guy but if it's dealing with something like this, Sam can't stay very calm. All of the sudden, Lucifer poofs into the room out of nowhere.

"Really? C'mon let's get you to the infirmary." Lucifer states shocked before grabbing Sam and poofing both of them there. Once they arrive Lucifer and the doctor get Sam to lie down on the hospital style bed.

"Ok Sam, since you are a male we are going to be doing a c-section but we have to wait until you are fully dilated to 10 cm. Right now you are only dilated 6 cm so we we'll need to wait a little while before we begin the surgery, ok?" The male doctor asks kindly.

"Ok." Sam responds taking a deep breath. The pair wait with Sam's contractions quickening between until the hunter is fully dilated.

"Ok Sam I'm going to numb you now." The doctor tells Sam before doing so, "can you feel that?" He asks pushing down slightly on Sam's stomach.

"Feel what?" Sam asks making the doctor smile.

"Good. We're going to begin now." The doctor states before grabbing the scalpel and getting ready to cut Sam open.

"SAMMY!" A husky voice yells outside the infirmary doors before they burst open revealing Dean and Cas. The doctor puts the scalpel down.

"Dean! Cas! I missed you guys!" Sam yells in joy as Dean gives his younger brother a hug and Cas stands by with a smile. "Lucifer did you do this?" Sam asks confused.

"He didn't do anything. We didn't know where you went but Cas could sense your distress today and we tracked you down and eventually made our way here." Dean says glaring at the devil making the devil stick his tongue out in response.

"Well you're here now and I think I should begin Sam's surgery now so if you could allow me to do so that'd be great." The doctor states awkwardly. Dean moves out of the way while grabbing Sam's hand as the doctor begins to cut Sam open. A couple minutes later, a baby can be heard crying.

The doctor cleans off Sam and Lucifer's baby before handing him to Sam. Sam looks down at his baby with happy tears in his eyes before looking up at a smiling Lucifer, Dean and Cas.

"Come here." Sam says looking at Lucifer. The archangel walks over and Lucifer begins to caress their child.

"What're we going to name him?" Sam asks looking into his eyes.

"How about...Jack?" Lucifer asks somewhat jokingly, somewhat serious.

"You know what? He looks like a Jack." Sam says chuckling. "Do you want to hold him?" Sam asks making Lucifer nod. Lucifer takes the baby and Sam couldn't help but let out a happy smile at the pairing.

"You look happy Sammy. Do you really want to stay here with him?" Dean asks concern evident in his voice and scrunched up face.

"I really do Dean. I hated it at first but I know he won't take Jack away from me and that he actually wants me here. I'll be fine as long as you two visit here often and I visit there often." Sam says making a tear roll down Dean's cheek.

"Ok. If that's what you want Sammy." Dean says, happy for his brother but sad that they'll be apart. The four men stay in the room taking care and meeting Jack for the rest of the day and for once in his life, Sam knows everything is going to be alright.
