"Mmm.." I struggle to open my eyes it took me a lot of strength that I didn't have to open them. But I opened my eyes my vision was blurry but it came back and I looked around to see that I was in a white room. "Hey..your awake" a woman said. She looked like she was in her mid to early 30s . " I'm your nurse Kathy" she said. " h-how d-did..I g-get here" my voice sounding like I haven't spoke in weeks." Oh.... a family brought you in they said they found you in their driveway and you were loosing more blood after the man accidentally put his hand in the stab wound. now that I think about it, I say to my self I do remember that but I couldn't really see the man. " the family is actually here to see you" Kathy said ripping me away from my thoughts." But I told them they'd have to wait till you were awake, is it okay if they come in" she said. " oh yea sure" I say excited to meet the family who saved my life by getting me here. Knock,knock. " hey" a man said as he walked in with a woman and kid behind him." Bella right" he said. I nodded my head" well I'm Jensen ackles and this is my wife danneel and our daughter JJ." Well hello" I started off " I just wanted to say thank you guys for saving my life." Not a problem" Danneel said smiling." "So Bella" says Jensen " did you have the nurses contact your parents. That's when I started to tear up

"Um...." I say wiping away my tears. " they were murdered 7 months ago and I um... was adopted but my adopted parents would beat me and say I'm nothing so I ran away and been on the streets for 3 months"I say finally letting my tears fall." Oh I'm-I'm sorry" . They both say." Thanks " I say only to be interrupted by the doctor" hey there Bella you have a pretty nasty and deep cut there can you tell me what happened" um.. o-okay" I started "I fell on my stomach and there was glass". I say lying I can tell the doctor or mr and mrs ackles didn't believe me but they just accepted what I said." Ok well Bella" the doctor says " do you guys mind if I talk to you he says looking at Jensen and Danneel. " sure" they both say and with that they walk out the door I'm listening to the conversation on the other side of the door" I'm afraid Bella is going to have 24 hour care" he tells them " I'm sorry" I hear Danneel say "but she's not our daughter". Oh I see" says the doctor " I just assumed that you where her adopted parents " no doctor" says Jensen she told us her parents were murdered 7 months ago". " and what do you mean adopted parents" says Danneel " well the doctor starts off Bella has records that she has been in foster care before but she just kept running away I mean we see on her records that she was abused and things but were just afraid that if we take her back she might just run away again" he says "Is there any possible way she can stay with you guys...l-I know it's a big thing taking a stranger in your home but if she doesn't have a place to stay we can't just let her back on the streets and she can't stay in this hospital forever. I hear silence and then I hear" um... s-sure Jensen says." Great " the doctor " shall we go back in" when I heard that I pretended to be asleep.....
