After we brung Michael to the hospital I didn't leave the room. I couldn't leave and I didn't want to.
I fell asleep in the chair, next to Mikey's hospital bed type thingy for babies. I was startled when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I jump up in fright and look up. It was dad I look around the room to find mom, JJ, uncle misha, uncle Jared, and aunt gen. A small smile appeared on my face.
" hi guys". I say
They all smile and say hi back until mom says." How are you sweetheart?"
" well mom to tell you the truth I'm a mess I just want to take him home".
Then dad jumps in." Bella you need to go get a coffee or something".
I shake my head." No I'm not leaving him".
"Bel I understand but-" . Dad was cut off by a knock on the door. It was the doctor. I stand up quickly.
" how is my son, doctor".
"Well ms. Ackles Michael is fine to go home."
I sigh in relief" oh thank god".
" but" the doctor says" I would like to give you a prescription for some medicine just in case his fever comes back".
" thank you doctor". I say
After the doctor leaves I go to Michael and gently pick him up." Oh hi baby, yea oh, shh mommy's here". I softly kiss his forehead then I whisper something to him." Mommy's here".....
