Abducted Then Adopted

What was I thinking?!

Bella's POV
Where are they. I thought in my head. I really wanted to see my son. My eyes started to swell with tears. What the hell was I thinking? I was about to end my life not thinking one second of the damage I would have caused. Michael would have grown up motherless. He needed me , and I was going to take that from him. I'm a monster.....

I was sleeping soundly when I heard a knock. " come in ". I say just about a whisper. A nurse walks in and right behind her I see faces I've missed." Mom, dad" I cry. I cry even harder when I see my knight in shining armor." Michael". I wail. My mom and dads face fill with happiness.

They run up and hug me ." Oh bel". Dad sniffles." We missed you so much".

" I missed you too". I cried

" sissy" I hear. I smile wide " oh June bug I've missed you".

" why did you weave me?". She asked. I could literally feel my heart break.

" I'm so sorry JJ. I promise I won't ever leave you again". I say as I hug her.

" someone's been waiting to see you". Mom said. She was holding my precious bundle of joy." Oh my baby". She places him in my arms. I wince a bit because of the pain that shot through my wrist. But I didn't care about that now.

I cared about what I was staring down at. What was right in front of me. A breathtaking sight that I wanted to keep in my head forever. " I'm so sorry". I say just above a whisper. Tears start to could my eyes as I look up at my mom and dad." What was I thinking?".

" it's okay bel-".

I stopped dad in his sentence." No dad it's not okay, I slit my wrist ready to kill myself. I didn't give a second thought about what would have happened or the damage I would have caused. I was just so blinded by everything that happened and everything I went through. Michael would have grown up motherless, And that would have been MY fault!." I say my voice cracking at everything I said.

Mom quickly took Michael away from me as she noticed my state, and dad gripped on to me pulling me into a bear hug." Shh". He cooed.

" bel I just wished you would have came and talked to us first". Dad said with tears in his eyes as he pulled back." We've come so close to loosing you that..." he stopped himself not being able to finish what he was going to say.

A pain suddenly shot through my wrists. I wince. " dad can you go get the nurse. Both my wrist hurt". I whine

He nodded he head and went to go get a nurse. She comes in." Ok miss ackles I'm going to give you something that will make the pain disappear for a couple of hours and make you fall asleep".

I nodded my head. sleep was the last thing I wanted to do, but I needed it, my body needed it. " so... um Bel we'll see you tomorrow." Dad said.

I nodded." Bye guys". Mom brought Michael down next to me and I kissed his forehead." Mommy will be with you soon". I say to him

I give JJ one last hug." Bye June bug I'll see you soon ok".

" ok ". She simply says and she runs in front of dad.

The nurse gave me a shot and I felt suddenly tired and drowsy. As I fell into darkness.....
