Chapter 13

Chloe's POV

After I made the bed I went downstairs and found everyone in the living room, either on their phones or watching tv.

They didn't notice when I entered so I decided to scare them.

"Ahhhh!" I screamed.

"Ahhhh!" they all screamed back

"You should've seen your faces." I laugh. "Anyways I'm bored!"

"Well then what do you wanna do?"

"Ooohhh let's play cops and robbers!?!" I jump up and down.

I remember all those time at parties when I would play with my sisters and other cousins. We'd play all night until the party was over. I laugh inside because even though I'm already 17...turning 18 soon... I would never stop playing that game.

"What's that?" I hear Zayn ask.

Me and Andrea gasp over dramatically and put our hands over our hearts.

"What?!? You've never heard about cops and robbers?" I asked and they all shook their heads.

"Well it's basically tag." Andrea informs them.

"Well then why don't you just call it that?"

"Because it sounds better. It's sorta like tag but not exactly. It's in teams and well yeah. The cops capture the robbers and they go to jail. If there's a free robber than they can tag all the robbers out of the jail. It ends until all the robbers are in jail. So yeah..." I explain.

"Oh well then let's play!"

"Yay but only outside. I don't wanna break anything. Besides you seem to have a pretty large yard."

"Fine."

Once we were outside we had to chose the teams.

"Okay so since there are 7 of us, one team will have 4. Obviously me and Chloe are gonna be in the same team." Andrea states.

"Larry Stylinson are gonna be together!" Harry and Louis shout.

"Larry what?"

"Larry Stylinson. That's Harry and I's ship name." I mouth an 'O' understanding.

"Okay then...soo... it could be Harry, Louis, Chloe, and I in one team and the rest of you in the other team."

"Nah! I wanna be in the team with 3 people it'll be a bit challenging. You know cause there'll be 4 people trying to catch us when we're robbers and when we're cops we'll have 4 people to catch." I explain.

"Okay so...then Chloe and I in the first team and Louis and Harry in the other soo Niall, Liam, and Zayn you'll have to chose."

"I wanna be in the first team with Chloe and Andrea!" Liam shouts.

"Hey me too!" Zayn shouts

"So do I!" Niall whines.

"What why don't you wanna be with us?"

"Because they've obviously realized how amazing we are." I say waving my hair back. "Liam's with us since he said it first."

"Awww man!"

"Ha in your face!"

"Okay so we'll be cops first!" Andrea shouts.

"Well give you 1 minute to run sooo....GO!"

Andrea, Liam and I closed our eyes and began counting. We heard the other four boys shuffling and telling each other to 'hurry up' or 'get out of my way'.

"1...10...25...ugh I give up I'm not waiting a minute!" I tell and run. I hear Andrea and Liam laughing at how impatient I get as they follow me.

"Okay split up."

I spotted Harry running around the corner. I go the other way around the house hoping he doesn't leave. I made a signal for Liam when I also see Louis with Harry, telling him to go the other way so we can trap them.

I slowly sneak up behind the two boys and scare them with Liam on the other side.

"Ahhhhhh!" Louis shrieks and jumps into Harry's arms.

"We scared these little girls. Oh and your going to jail." I high-fived Liam and we both grabbed Harry and Louis.

"Okay this will be jail I guess." I led them to a tree and instruct them to sit down.

"Okay so remember you can't leave until someone from your team tags you."

"We know." they sigh.

I see Andrea coming with a mad looking Zayn. She's walking behind him and holding his arms behind his back.

"What's wrong with this guy."

"I scared him and made fun of him when he screamed like a little girl. Then I ruffled his hair and 'messed' it up." She mocks him.

"No one messes with my hair."

"Damn and I thought girls overreacted more when they're hair messes up." Andrea laughs.

"Are you sure you guys aren't gay. I mean this guy gets mad when his hair gets messy and these two over here jumped into each other's arms when we got them. Isn't that what girls usually do?"

"Shouldn't you know?"

"Like I said before we're not like other girls. Anyways...let's get back to the game. 3 down 1 to go. This is gonna be easy." Andrea laughs and rubs her hands together.

The boys just stare at Andrea like she's gone mad.

"If you haven't noticed we can be very competitive." I explain to them. Both Andrea and I smirk and rub our hands evilly.

All three of us split up leaving Harry, Louis, and Zayn behind in 'jail'. I spot a head of blonde hair hiding behind a bush and began to think of a good way of getting him and scaring him at the same time.

I spot a hose nearby and smirk evilly. I sneak towards the hose and grab it making sure that the valve is on. I tiptoe towards the bush and see Andrea and Liam walking towards me. I quickly put my finger on my lips and point to the bush. Both begin to quietly laugh. I see Liam cover Andrea's mouth and Andrea's doing the same to Liam.

Once I'm close enough to the bush, but a safe distance so he won't see me, I press the handle to the nozzle. Water sprays and he jumps out of the bush surprised.

"Ahhh!"

All three of us fall to the ground on our butts and can't stop laughing. We are soon joined by the other boys.

"What happened?"

"Chloe saw Niall hiding in the bush so she got the hose and sprayed him." Everyone's laughing now.

"I like these girls." Harry laughs.

"I'll get you back!" Niall tries to sound mad but fails when he too starts laughing.

"Oh yea. I almost forgot." I walk towards Niall and everyone stares at me.

"Your in jail!" I say as I tag Niall.

"We won!" I jump and do a funny victory dance and Andrea and Liam join me as well.

"Now your cops so let the games begin and may the odds be ever in your favor." I say for no reason and everyone laughs at my choice of words. "Because you now how impossible it will be for you to win."

"We'll see about that." Niall smirks.

"I bet you that you won't get us under an hour."

"Fine I'll bet you $100?"

"Oh it's on pretty boy." I shake his hand.

Nialls POV

"Oh it's on pretty boy." Chloe and I shake our hands as we make a bet.

Shit.

What have I done? They've already beat us many times. At laser-tag, COD, and they won the game in less than 15 minutes. They're obviously gonna win, but I'm determined to win.
