DNA does not lie, does it?

Axel POV

"Sean, are you on the line. Are all of you guys okay?" I ask.

"Yeah, Victor and I are here. The Atlanta team arrived, and we woke up soon after the gas cleared. Was Corey able to pull the footage after Sara stopped it," Sean asks.

"Is Owen in the room with you," I ask.

"No, he is talking to the Atlanta team. Do I need to get him," Sean asks.

"No, I want you to hear it first, and then we can decide what to tell him. Yes, we were able to recover everything. Sara did not cut the back up system. She pulled up the screen, but then backed out of it. It is like she wanted to make sure that she gave the appearance, but then did not do it so you would still be able to hear it. There are things being said on the tape that just don't make sense, but I want you to hear it first," I tell them.

Voice of Dr. Sampson "Dr. Sampson."

Voice of Dr. Sampson, "I know you are scared right now, but I need you to talk to me."

Voice of Dr. Sampson, "I need for you to take some deep breaths and get yourself back into control. Let's start with something simple. Are you at home? Are you by yourself?"

Voice of Dr. Sampson , "I need to know what is going on. Dammit, talk to me."

Voice of Sara "I am here. Is the plan still a go?"

Voice of Dr. Sampson, "The timetable will be moved up to now. I will call Alexander. You set off the canisters in your ventilation system? and our men will pick you and Sang up,"

Voice of Sara "Are you sure the gas will not harm them in anyway? It will just knock them out for a little while right?"

Voice of Dr. Sampson "It is just going to knock them out long enough for you to get out, and for us to set up for part two."

Voice of Sara "I had an episode. It was a bad one, what if that happens again?"

Voice of Dr. Sampson "Are you okay? Are you going to be able to do this?"

Voice of Sara "I just don't want to include Sang, but I am more than willing to do my part, Eric. I have been since the day he broke my hand."

Voice of Dr. Sampson "Did you tell anyone? I mean it is fucking unbelievable."

Voice of Sara "No! We can talk about that later, well if I am not dead. Eric, it still stands, you have to promise that you will always look after Owen."

Voice of Dr. Sampson, "I won't ever forget what I promised you, Lindy, and we will get you out in time."

END TAPE

"Axel, did I hear him right, did he call her Lindy," Sean asks.

"Who is Lindy," Victor asks.

"Melinda Blackbourne was Owen's mother. Her nickname was Lindy," Sean says.

"Yes, and Sean we both know that is impossible. I was present from the time that they drew her blood until the report came out of the machine. The DNA test showed that Sara James was NOT Lindy Blackbourne. The Academy did a full investigation into the life of Sara James. DNA doesn't lie.  Have they brainwashed her somehow, or did something go wrong five years ago," I ask.

"Guys, I found an email account that is not part of your tracking system. There are hundreds of emails here. I am not sure that we can trace them, but either she is crazy and created these herself or she has a serious stalker. There are videos of roses set to tracks of songs. I have only opened three, but so far the songs are Never Say Goodbye, Bed of Roses, and I'll be Waiting for you. They are all old love songs," Corey says.

"Victor, whose phone is ringing," I hear Sean say through the phone.

"Umm, Doc this is not one of our phones, but I think you may need to answer it," Victor says in near panic.

I look at the caller id, and the display says, "I am Volto- Sean please answer me."
