Alone. I struggled the next few months, I felt alone. I started taking classes at the community college; I wanted to do something with writing, something I loved.

On a better note, Kyle was happy to go to college; he was excited to make new friends.  I made it through half a year of college, taking all the hard classes first. I still stayed at home, since the college was only 15 minutes away from home.

But most of all, Kyle was happy, we video chatted almost every night and continued to motivate each other.

One day out of the blue, I pulled up into my driveway and there was a car there that I didn’t recognize. I pulled into the driveway and walked up the porch I opened the door, and did I have a surprise! It was Kyle! I hadn’t seen him in person since August and it was currently February, we embraced in a big hug and it felt good to have him back. I asked him what he was doing here and his reply was.

“I dropped out of college, I wasn’t happy there, I felt like I was lying to them and I needed you back.”

“You quit your school for me?”

“Yes because you’re that special to me.”

We hugged again and I could tell one thing. We were going to be together. Forever. We had plans to go to the community college and graduate and hopefully move somewhere where our love is legal. Maybe we could get away from my parents and meet accepting people in the world unlike those in today’s society.

“Forever?” he asked.

“Forever I replied.”  One thing is for sure. Love is Love, forever.
