Hunters of Artemis

He leaned in closer.
And so did she.
And for a moment she looked at his plump lips, they looked promising in a way. She pressed forward not noticing she was doing. It felt so natural.
He slapped her arm.
She yelled cursing at how hard he hit her.
"What the heck? Why'd you do that Perseus?" She snarled thrashing at him but his muscular arms stopped her.
"There was a mosquito on your arm and I-" she slapped him on the face harder than she ever before even leaving a stinging in her hand."I deserved that I'm sorry..." He muttered sheepishly and rubbing his red cheek.
"Whatever." she rolled her eyes and looking at her itchy mosquito bite."Did you really think-"
"Think what? That you were going to kiss me? Please I'm the goddess of maiden hood. I have a vow to keep and why would I kiss you?" She asked harshly as he flinched nervously.
"I was just mes-"
"Yeah well us hunters don't 'mess around'. We actually train unlike you demigods." She shot back, her anger fueling.
"Sorry? We train everyday but we actually tend to have some fun in our lives. You guys are so tense no wonder everyone hates the hunters when they come to camp." he growled uneasily and she laughed.
"You guys are just jealous." he narrowed his eyes at her in disbelief.
"Me? Jealous? Please I would never join the hunters if I were a girl. It's so dull and boring here I think you even get bored!" She was afraid to admit it but boredom did linger at times.
"You don't know anything, boy!" She grinded down her teeth angrily,"So shut up before I turn you into a Jackalope!"
"You wouldn't dare, Arty." he mocked a smile playing on his lips."Not in a million years you wouldn't." He stated with ease making the sentence not seem arrogant.
"I-l..." she started but he bit his lip humorously, his deep sea-green eyes staring her down.
"That's right. You don't have the guts." he explained poking her chest. She fumed tugging her auburn locks.
"How could you be my guardian if you're a Jackalope?" She smirked smugly and folding her arms together.
"I thought you said you didn't need me as your guardian?" He asked and it was his turn to smirk.
"Just shut up before I'll kick you where the sun don't shine." she warned him but it made him smile. A full blown smile.
"Already heard that one Arty!" he sang, his masculine voice rang in her ear giving her goosebumps.
"No this one isn't a warning." she said as he looked at her automatically and covering his curiosity.
"Wha-ugh!" he was down on the ground groaning and shielding his manhood. She smirked at his pain.
"Oh my gods!" he groaned loudly and rolling over.
"Told ya'." she sang and biting her lip from laughing.
"Arte- What is he doing here?" An angry voice rang and for a moment Percy forgot his pain as he tried getting up.
"Thalia listen please?" Percy pleaded while Thalia stormed off towards him. She punched him in the face and he went down yet again, groaning.
