Kids are assholes. That may not have been the best thing to think in a school which is, in fact, full of children. Especially not when few of the may be mind readers. But it wasn't like you had said it out loud. And it was something you were going to feel for just today, so wouldn't act on it and do something stupid.

You sighed deeply and crouched even more over your cup of coffee. As usual, school coffee sucked, even if the school was as prestigious as UA. Must be because teachers are the ones making it. A small cup of bitterness. You weren't even entirely sure it was coffee, more like tar. But more....liquid. I don't know the proper word.

You heard someone else coming in the teachers' room and instantly switched on your happy teacher face and straightened up.

"Mh?" You looked up but saw no one. Oh that must mean that was ghost. Or...you moved your foot and almost stepped on Aizawa who was on the floor with his sleeping bag. Almost. Don't feel guilty. He's used to it.

"Holy Mary and dinkleberries," you cursed. "Can't you just walk like a normal person, Ai-chan?" Yes I just realised that this makes him seem like a teenage girl. But I like that nickname. So I'lk keep it. I always keel what I like. I like you.

"You look stupid, " he got out of the sleeping bag and sat next to you on the couch. Other teachers were already in or had decided to spend their free periods somewhere else. Thankfully it was just the first day so you didn't have any homeworks or quizzes to grade.

"Just because you think smiling is stupid doesn't mean I should walk around with a face like yours," you did your best impression of his usual cold and unemotional expression and then started to laugh at it. "Was it close this time?"

"Nope," oh damn, well, you'll get that coldness next time. Or time after that. Or time after that. Or time after that. Or time after that. Or time after that. Or time after that. Or time after that. Or time after that.

"What were you so gloomy about?" His question reminded you of your class and mood dropped again so low it was chilly. "Students?"

"They are nice. Mostly," then, not really caring if he wanted to hear the long rant or not, went on. "The only thing those little heroes care about is growing up and going to fight as soon as they can. They can't even see what is going to happen tomorrow. Someone should really knock some brains into them and tell them that being hero isn't all. They also need to pay attention in other classes."

As a maths teacher, your classes often passed in a haze of questions, numbers and not caring. Because bigger part of the hero department didn't really care about other things than fighting and tactics and training. Well, hero can't be just strong, you need some brains to go with the muscles.

"So today when I asked this kid what makes number perfect, do you wanna know what he answered?" He did not. Well you were going to say it anyways. "Dazzling personality. That's what makes the number perfect." You sighed so deeply, one could think that world was ending.
