"No, that's a icky colour," Reagan giggled as she held the phone to her ear. Lauren laughed from her place on the living room floor, boxing tape in one hand and a large pile of cardboard boxes that required closing next to her. "I helped mommy make cookies today, but I don't think I can save any for you," There was a pause as Camila responded. "'Cause I might eat them all," Reagan said, going into another fit of giggles. Lauren was glad to see her child being amused by the woman who was now a regular part of their week. Whether it was a call or facetime, Camila promised to contact the two as regularly as possible despite their move being in less than two weeks from today.

"I'm going to start dinner, cubby. Don't hold Mila too long," The brunette said, placing the tape gun on a high shelf and wiping her hands over her jean shorts before moving to the kitchen. The kitchen, upstairs bathroom, and Lauren's room were going to be packed next week so then Lauren could still make dinner for her little one, seeing as delivery was going to be a major role in their daily lives when they move to LA and have to settle in.

Reagan's room and the study were entirely packed, and a majority of things were hidden in the attic were moving to Lauren's parents place, but she had the right mind to sort it later the next day.

"Mommy, Mila wants to say bye!" Reagan said, running into the kitchen as the mother set up a pot on the stove with water.

"Hey Camz," The brunette smiled, pulling dry pasta from a cabinet.

"Hey Lo. Just have a quick question."

"And what would that be?" Lauren asked, trying not to laugh when Reagan pulled a funny face.

"Can we get a puppy."

"Camzi, Ally has a puppy," The brunette reasoned, earning a groan from the other end.

"That's what everyone says!"

"It's true," Lauren pointed out, raising an eyebrow despite the woman not being there.

"Thought you'd be on my team," Camila huffed, earning a laugh from the other woman.

"I always am. But seriously, who's going to puppy sit for you when we tour?"

"Eric?" Camila asked, unsure with her own answer. "Yeah, okay. Point taken. I'll call the wild thing later. She loves me more," Camila said.

"Okay, Camzi. And don't pout. I can feel you pouting."

"Am not."

"Are too."

"Am not."

"Stop being a baby. Go find a banana or something. I've got to feed my tiger cub before she eats the sofa."

"She might do it, you know? I don't doubt the ability of Reagan's stomach and neither should you."

"You're trying to keep me talking, aren't you?" Lauren asked, leaning against the counter and crossing her arms.

"I just love your voice, Lo. Sue me."

"I might just have to for the insane phone bill I'll get if we go over my state wide minutes."

"Oh please, I'm not that bad, am I?" Camila asked.

"No, you're worse. I'll talk to you later, Camz."

"Wait, but-"

"Hang up, Camzi," Lauren chimed.

"Fine," the brunette huffed, perking up when she added. "Bye, Lolo!"

The line died and Lauren snickered to herself before putting the phone aside and returning to the dinner.

"Mommy, can we get a puppy?"
