Hawkeye is one of the most wonderful people in the camp of M*A*S*H 4077. He was the kind of person you would wanna be around. He is enthusiastic, supportive, helpful, kind. He would do anything for anyone of his comrades in the 4077th.
If Hawkeye wouldn't have been in Korea, he wouldn't have met the people he calls his friends. All the people he met include Trapper John McIntyre, Henry Blake, Frank Burns, Radar Oreilly, Max Klinger, Margaret Houlihan, BJ Hunnicut, and Sherman Potter.
Hawkeye wouldn't have had friends like those people unless he didn't meet them. And I'm sure he's glad he's got people like them to lean on. I guess you could say he is living the life in the M*A*S*H unit.
