Finding Natalia

Tre's P.O.V

I leaned in to kiss Natalia, and I heard the guys start yelling downstairs. Not the congratulations happy yell, an oh shit danger yell. I turned to look to see what was happening, and I saw him with the gun. I couldn't move fast enough, and he shot me. The bullet hit my head on the right side. I cried out in pain as it ripped open my flesh. I could feel the blood running down my face, but couldn't move. I lost consciousness . Eventually I was able to hear, but not see or move. I heard Natalia sobbing in the front seat talking about me. The driver of the medic car sounded like someone I've never met before, but she was comforting Natalia. Come on Tre open your eyes, comfort her. She's your fiancée now. I tried, I tried again, and I couldn't get my body to move. You can't leave her now Tre, you just can't. I love Natalia with all my heart, and I know that man is not alive anymore. No way would the guys let him be. I knew I had a feeling that he wasn't dead. Damn, I've taken bullets for this girl. I can't just close my eyes and give up easy. I need to fight. Fight Tremaine. She fought for you. She accepted your shitty past, and wants a future with you. Show her you'll give her what she needs. I just can't get myself to move. I hear Natalia ask what they'll do to me, and they said surgery but she wasn't allowed in. I heard her start to sob again, but I couldn't get myself to hold her like I wanted. So I relaxed, and focused on staying aware of my surroundings as we headed into surgery.
