Chapter 7////The after school detention

Kauros P.O.V

I'm waiting in Ms.Keanes classroom staring at the wall. I had been warned so it was a 5 minute detention.

I whisper "10 seconds left." "3, 2, .......1"

"Alright Kauro you can go now." I run outside the classroom running through a hallway then turning right bumping into someone and falling back on my butt. I see red, blood coming down my face. I squint to see who it was and of course you guessed it. 'Butch'. He actually picked me up like a princess and carried me to the nurses office everyone glaring at either me or butch. But that's all I remembered everything went fuzzy and I fainted, When I woke up I found myself in the nurses office bed with my head wrapped poorly in bandages. I glance at the clock.

"Woah" I whispered " it's 9:00pm" I found a note stuck on my face and peel it off.

I have contacted your parents and be sure to thank that boy for helping you

It also said from the nurse at the end but I wasn't bothered reading it because it was obvious it was from the nurse. I sit up to feel something touching me leg. I turn to look and find butch sleeping. Has he been waiting all this time I ask myself. I poke him to wake up. He looked so peaceful. I was reaching in to touch his hair which was the same colour as mine but he woke up with a start, he grabbed my arm and twisted it still half awake.

I yelled "OW!" He opened his eyes fully awake and let go.

"Sorry I've got bad reflexes he said while checking my now bright red arm. He asked " do you want me to walk you home?"

I said " no" with a plain look on my face.

"But I can't let you walk home alone your hurt."

"I can walk by myself"

He finally said "fine then" he picked me up and asked where's your house then." I told him where to go after all he had a really tight grip on me, guess he didn't want me to walk home alone. We got to my house and said goodbye. I then went upstairs to my room and collapsed asleep on my bed.
