Chapter 13 - what comes next

^^^^this is a video of the upload on YouTube from the actual show, and I thought it was cute, so since this is the last chapter I decided to pout it in ^^^

Sophie's pov.
I watched newts car drive away. I didn't want to. Why would I want to watch him leave me. But for some read I couldn't make myself leave. But finally as I watched newt's car drive further and further away I managed to make myself walk away. Tears started to fill my eyes but I fought the urge to cry. At least till I was home. But as I turned around Bella noticed me and ran up to me. Already Knowing what was wrong she hugged me. And I let myself cry in the comfort of her presence. "Newt told you he was leaving?" I asked. "He told everyone on the football team today." She said. "You should have came and had more time with him" she added. I shook my head. "I would have been crying the whole day" I admitted. Bella nodded. Are you going to be ok tonight?" She asked. "I'll be fine" I replied. I waved goodbye to Bella as I started to walk home. It was a long walk, and it was already getting dark by the time I got home. I sat in my room just crying for an hour. I had never cried more then today. I rarely showed my feelings to people. But in this situation I didn't care anymore. I didn't care if people were afraid of me today, I was to busy getting over my fear of living without newt. I know I had done it before. Newt only came to the school a bit more then a year ago. Yet my life without him seemed irrelevant. Then I felt a buzzing in my pocket. I grabbed my phone. Newt was calling. I smiled, only he would consider calling this early. I answered the phone. "Hey newt" I said trying to sound casual, but it wasn't convincing, I was crying and had a lump in my throat. "Hey Sophie" he said. But he didn't sound sad, not at all. That made me feel stupid for crying. "Look new-" I started to talk, but got interrupted by the doorbell. "Just wait one second" I said to newt as I ran downstairs to get the door. But as I opened it, my jaw dropped. Standing in front of me was newt, holding a phone to his ear. "Newt!" I cried hugging him. He hugged back. "What are you doing here?" I asked in disbelief. "I couldn't leave you Sophie, I tried but I just couldn't, your my whole world, I'm never going to leave you" he said

Newts pov
I smiled at Sophie , and she smiled back, I loved that smile. "Your so unbelievably perfect" I said in amazement. She laughed. "Love you too" she responded. "Did you ask your dad not to take the job?" She asked. "No he took it, but I'm not going with him" I responded. "What? Where are you staying?" She asked in shock. "Troy" I responded. "Why don't you just stay here?" She asked. I smiled. "Would your parents mind?" She shook her head. "I already have nine brothers" she said. "And you can stay in the guest room" she insisted. "Ok I'm in!" I agreed. We ran upstairs and she helped me unpack my bag into the guest room. We talked while we unpacked. "So... what comes next? For us I mean" she asked. I smiled. I pulled out the promise ring she had given back to me, and I slid it back on her finger. "Forever" I answered. "Forever" she agreed. "Sophie I love you so much, and I never want to think about leaving your side again" I promised. She leaned over and kissed me. "I love you too munchkin" she said after the kiss was done And we were right. We graduate high school and college still going strong. I never got bored of being with her. Every second was still magical. Until one day, I took her to the football field where we first met, (it was decorated with Lilies of course) and I asked her to marry me. And she said yes. Then we had two kids. A boy and and a girl. We sent them to Silverado west, to start there journeys. But me and Sophie stayed madly In love, and we always would. She was my soulmate. My other half. And I love her. And I'll love her forever.

Authors notes- ok so that was a short chapter, that's because this is the ending so I was putting everything necessary to end the story in here, so it didn't have its own plot, it just sort of wrapped everything up. thank you to everyone who read my story and managed to make it this far.
