MAL rolled her eyes as she examined the room they locked her in, looking for ways to get out of it.

Uma had it in her mind Ben would come for her. The thought made Mal bitterly chuckle. Ben broke off their engagement, their relationship, the second Mal's past was revealed to the public's eye.

Everyone turned their backs on her - her friends, her boyfriend, her people... no. They were never her people. They were always his.

He never spent time with her. He never made time for her. But her? Oh, she had to adjust to everything for him. She had to change himself for him. She had to perfect her past for him. Yes, okay, she spelled him. But it was okay - she did it for the sake of her mother! She did it for the sake of her friends. They all worked with her while creating the spell cookie for Ben so the fact only she got heat for that - the fact they allowed her to take heat for that-

"Deep breath. Breathe." Mal commanded, not wanting to lose her cool and have Harry or someone coming in to shut her up.

She'll need to remember every inch of the area if she wanted to get out. For some reason, Uma didn't want to let her go. That was fine.

Mal will just make her own way out.

THE GANG ignored the taunts and stares being sent their way, fully prepared for the harassment they'd receive for being traitors to the Isle.

Evie wrapped her arms around herself, "I don't like this... I-... I want to go home," said the blue-haired girl as she walked in between the two boys.

Jay laid a protective hand on her shoulder, keeping forward without saying one word. Carlos' eyes wandered across every poster of the Cour Four with crosses covering their faces, or slurs being written on, or... other nasty stuff he'd rather keep to himself.

Evie was saying what the boy has been secretly feeling this entire time.

The fear of running into his mother, of word spreading around they're back... Carlos tried shaking off the thoughts as he fixed his gloves. Get Mal; get out. That was the goal and they had to stick to it. The people in Auradon are counting on them.

"Keek whit we hae 'ere!" An accent sounded off behind the guarded group, forcing all three to whip around in synchronization, Jay stepping in front of the other two. Carlos' heart began racing, now being aware of the situation they were in.

Behind them was Harry Hook, Gil, and Harriet Hook - one of Harry's siblings who partook in bullying the white-haired boy when they were kids.

All three collectively hated trio at hand, including Mal, after what Mal not only did to Uma, but the rest of her ex friends. Mal on the Isle was her mother's child. Manipulative, selfish, loathing, and evil. All the more reasons for enemy gangs to hate her, want her had, want to kill her.

Jay kept his chin up as he stared into Harry's eyes, showing no signs of intimidation, "Mak's sense how come she's 'ere then. Auradon kick ye oot? benny boo rid ye? bloody stoatin. Uma wull be happy," Harriet swayed to the front, her matted brown locks running down to her waist, the top of her head covered in her purple pirate hat that matched the purple button-down coat she wore.

Evie's eyes glistened with hope. She? Did they mean Mal? Maybe Carlos was right. Mal came back to take her territory. As she thought more over the possibility, it wasn't too far fetched. Mal's territory was her gem on the Isle; her reputation. Coming back here meant gaining her reputation back, gaining her respect back.

"Take us to her," Evie demanded, brushing Jay's hand off and standing face-to-face with Harriet. She ignored Gil's gaze on the trio, nothing of intelligence behind those curious eyes he held.

Hatred flickered in the pupils of Harriet's eyes. Her hand popped with veins as she bit her bottom lip to restrain her fist from raising, "Ye 3 became isle tarnished th' seicont ye became auradon bound!" She yelled, catching the attention of homeless Isle kids.

Harry grabbed his older sister by the arm, pulling her to the side and began whispering something to her.

"How you guys been?" Gil asked, "Been okay. Weather been nice - we get 2 minutes of less storm clouds now. It's nice. Depression rate dropped by 1% too," He continued, oblivious to their awkward postures.

Gil ducked when a knife was thrown past his head, "Gil, git ower 'ere!" Harry shouted.

He wasted no time in speed walking over to the hovered duo.

Evie put both hands on her hips, "I know it was dumb. Shut up," she said before Jay opened his mouth.

Harriet was right - the Core Four would be stoned if everyone found out they were back. It was one reason they couldn't risk anybody from Auradon coming here, especially Ben. People here weren't scared to kill; they've seen it before. Evie doesn't have the respect to make demands anymore. They lost that a long time ago.

"She's not smart..." Carlos said to himself, thinking about Mal storming in on her old territory being enemy number one, "Uma doesn't like her, Uma has a crew, that crew has never went against Uma. If Mal is there and Uma took over her territory, she's in a lot of trouble. It's her against them all - magic doesn't work here... her eyes... will her eyes give her strength? Does that qualify as magic?"

As he talked to himself, the opposing trio made their way back to the group.

"Come wi' us..." Harriet said as a group of henchman appeared behind the trio and grabbed them. Before they could fight back, they were singly chopped on the back of their necks, knocking them out to prevent struggles.

"Maddy!" Gil gasped, staring down at their bodies with fear.

A girl with aqua green eyes chuckled. She wore a pink shirt paired with a pink skirt. Over it was a dark pink sleeveless leather jacket, blackish-pink leggings, and pink combat boots. Her accessories included a choker and black fingerless gloves. She was known as the daughter of Madam Mim, or more importantly - Mad Maddy.

Mad Maddy had purple hair before Mal ruined it with lye which forced her hair to be aqua green as Mal felt like she should've been the only purple hair girl on the Isle. You could say Maddy's hatred for her started there.

"They don't deserve our mercy, Gil," She scolded him, also staring down at the bunch, "They left us to rot the second they was able tooooo... selfish, selfish, selfish, selfish, selfish," She spat.

She knocked two times on her dome and giggled, "Oopsie..... malfunction," she joyfully hopped over Evie's unconscious body.

Harriet nodded in agreement as she whistled for the others to follow her. Harry gave one kick to Jay's leg, giggling in awe before following his older sister.

They didn't know why they were back on the Isle, but they were going to find out.
