AMANDA’S P.O.V

He’s here again after all.  I hated the fact that he could always tracked me whenever I go.  That’s too creepy.

“Hey, feeling better?”  Connor followed me to the rooftop.  Not to mention I was running away and ended up here, because George told me to.

“Much better, thanks lot.”

“So…”

“That’s okay, Con, just ask me whatever you want to know.”  I stared at nothing which too far from where we were.

“No, I don’t want to ask you anything.  I’m here to make you comfortable.  That’s all.  But, in order for you to get better, you may tell me anything you want, or keep that as a secret if you think you couldn’t tell me.  That’s your call.”

He came closer to me and finally put his arm around my waist.  I felt some safe.  The moment he gently placed my head on his shoulder and we could feel each other’s heartbeats, that’s intense.

“I will always be by your side, Amanda.”  He kissed my forehead and once again, I felt much safe.

“Thanks for everything Con…”

I took my deep breathe.

“So, Brian is my ex.  But he turned into psychopath lately.  I didn’t know but George once found me bleeding at his bedroom floor.  George and the girls were looking for me like the entire London because that's the rehearsal time.  George ended up going to Brian house.  He was drunk at that time, so George pushed him away ran straight to the room and found me there, passed out.”

Connor rubbed my back, hugged me, kissed my forehead once again but took a little longer, squeezed my waist, as I gained myself back to continue the story.

“By the time the band’s growing up, I was glad I would never be on the same exact condition with Brian.  But until three months ago, he still constantly came up to me asking for some pounds.  He’s on gambling thing or whatever I don’t care.”

I once heard Connor’s breathe getting heavier than before.  He was crying a bit.

“There’s one time when we were about to perform, Brian burst out coming from I didn’t know where, screamed here and there looking for me.  When we met, he punched me on face so I ended up having nose bleeding, and gained these bruises…”

I showed him some little bruises on my wrists and he looked at them in concerned face.

“Then, what’s his purpose again this time to meet you?”

“I don’t know Con…”

“Okay let’s go downstairs, and confront him.  This time is my turn.”

“Connor you don’t know what you’re facing about.  Brian is also in a little band in Ireland, but they already got bunch of fans right there.  They got some power, you named it.  The band’s also pretty much growing up.  I can’t see what’s so good when your popularity is being put at risk just because of this!”

“But tell me what’s so good from this either?  He’s keep hurting you that bad, bleeding stuff and everything, that’s too much!  He needs to be stopped!”

And by that, he’s slowly running back to everyone was.  This couldn’t be good.

With no options left, I walked inside holding Connor’s wrist tightly.  Seriously I was so scared.

“OH LITTLE CHIC, COME HERE!”  I was right, Brian’s drunk again.

“Take your hands off of me!”  I screamed at his face squeezed my hand from him.  I felt disgusted all over my body.

“TAKE YOUR HAND OFF FROM HER!!!”  Connor and Brian already involved into a fight with me crying so loud beside them.

I didn’t pass out but also didn’t remember what happened next after the fight because Riley even carried me to the couch.  I got worst headache and was too weak to open my eyes.  Brian had left me other bruises from his nails since he held my wrist too tight.

“You need to go home and I’ll take care of your bruises, M.”  Samantha looked at my wrists.

“You all can first go to our house, right guys?”  Toby gave an idea.

“Sure, you’ll get some safe there.”  Connor carried me bridal style to our mini bus, where James being the driver and George hopped into the passenger side.  We just ran away from there as fast as possible.
