Once upon a time there was a young girl, Lilith (Me). Today I turned 15. Now, I'm not any old typical teenage Elf, I'm always up for an adventure, and am not scared on gettin' a little dirt on my clothes.
My dad is a blacksmith, I work with him, I even own a few swords myself (and a bow). I don't have many friends, my dad always told me to go off and meet some new people...but I'm not really into going about the big city. I live in a place called Garore City. With say, around 10,000 Elves and what not.
I'm was a little bit shy for, I don't get around much. Just then a boy comes up to the blacksmith asking about a sword, he looked like he was around 14 or so. He claimed his name was Garth.
My dad asked me to help him find what he needed.
"So, what're lookin' for? anything specific?" I said,
"I'm looking for a 102 inch sword, with a clean cut oh and make sure its pure iron, k?" said the boy,
"Ok, wow. Very specific, is there a specific time you need it done princess? oh and what the hell are you plaining on using it for?" I said.
"Lilith! what is with your manners today! you know its rude to ask so many questions and is not, polite to use language in front of our customers!" said my Dad.
"Language? I said hell, and I thought asking questions was 'How we get happy customers' geez" I think to myself.
"Sorry dad, I got carried away" I said.
"You should be apologizing to him, not me" said my Dad.
"And please, call me father in public".

Garth and my dad started talking and I hear.
"So, how old are you Garth?" Says my dad.
And somehow I have the nerve to say
"You said it was rude to ask questions!"
My dad and Garth ignore me.
"I'm 16" he replies.
My eyes go wide and my mouth drops a little
"Oh my god, I thought he was 14! maybe I should stop assuming, I mean he's...kinda short" I think to myself.
My Dad looks at me then looks back at him
"You know, Lilith doesn't have very many friends, I have a feeling you to would get along," Dad says .
"Dad!" I shout
"Sure, I can stick around, and hey, if you ever need me, you can teach me some blacksmith stuff, maybe I'll help out every once in awhile" Said Garth
"But anyways, see you around Mister?.." Garth continues
"Eilgolor, James Eilgolor" My dad says.
"Ok, cool see ya' round Mr.Eilgolor and Ms.Princessy goody-goody-two shoes". I just give him a dirty look and keep working.

The next morning Garth showed up
"Hey what's up stink eye" he says ever so kindly.
"Shut up" I reply.
"Hey now! don't be so rude" says my dad.
"Garth is a very kind Gentleman, please do be my ever so sweet young lady since Garth here will be working with us every day from 6:00 till 12:00" my dad says.
